If you're traveling to or through Wichita, we definitely recommend a stay at Aaron and Laura's lovely historical home. The place is lovingly restored with gorgeous details, in a quiet, safe, and historical neighborhood, with a comfy bed, super-friendly hosts, and an incredible porch that we could (and did!) sit on for hours.
The room comes with a couple of chairs (an armchair and a standard chair), a spacious dresser, a coffeemaker with coffee and filtered water and glasses/cups, a fan, and a luggage rack. I don't believe there was any A/C in the house, but it didn't bother us on our trip though it was warm out.
The shared bathroom is well-kept and very clean (I'm not sure anyone in the house uses it, actually), with a clawfoot tub and hooks for towels (which are, of course, provided). There are some tiny shampoo bottles as well as a massive container of Dr. Bronner's peppermint soap in the shower, so you can use that for shampoo as well if you need to.
Bella, their dog, is very friendly and well-mannered -- and she seriously loves belly rubs. She's adorable. The first time we were there, we only met Laura (Aaron was out of town), and she was a charming host who was happy to chat with us when we arrived. We felt like we were truly visiting a long-time friend, even though we'd never met before. The next time we visited their home, Aaron and Laura were both there, and we felt completely comfortable with Aaron as well.
We highly recommend this great AirBnB stop based on comfort, friendliness, and just plain, old awesomeness. Aaron and Laura's place is exactly how all AirBnBs should be, and we now feel that we have friends in Wichita. :)
