This is our first 3-star review, given by a guest who signed up for Airbnb a few days prior to reserving our home. He complained to me about a broken toilet, and then an hour later (after I'd already called the plumber on a Saturday morning) said "nevermind it's working now!". He complained to me about there not being a grill brush, and then an hour later said "nevermind we found it!". This was the extent of our communication during his stay, so I'm sincerely confused about the 3-star review. Our goal is to provide all of our visitors with a 5-star experience, and we have been doing this successfully for more than 3 years by accurately describing our home, by providing a PDF "visitors' manual" with clear instructions on who to contact in case of emergency, how to access the home, wifi, amenities, etc etc etc., and by communicating promptly, respectfully and clearly before and after our visitors' arrival date.
To prospective visitors of Birchview Lodge, I encourage you to focus on the the average 4.9-star rating that we've earned.
To prospective hosts of Senthil, i encourage you to exercise caution.
