Budapesting's newly renovated Parliament View Apartment's Private Quad Room can host up to 6 guests has own private balcony with beautiful views on Budapest, the room is sharing the bathroom, the kitchen and the living room, but are cleaned everyday. The flat has everything you might need during your stay. It has an amazing location to discover the city even just on foot and we'll make sure you get the best out of your time. We can pick you up at the airport and help you in anything you need.

Budapesting's Parliament View Quad Room with its own Balcony is a very nice and big (28 sm) private room located in the very heart of the city, next to the St Stephan's Cathedral and the beautiful House of Parliament. The room is special as it has its own terrace, which is accessible from the room itself, you can sit outside as the terrace has garden furniture and it is 4 sm big. You can see from the terrace the Bajcsy Zsilinszky avenue, one of the main road of Budapest and the city's skyline with the House of Opera, there is another balcony accessible from the kitchen and there you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and you can see the House of Parliament from there.

The room can accommodate 6 people, as it has two very big, 180 cm wide (king size) comfortable double beds and has 2 extra single beds which can be added to the room.

The room is sharing the bathroom with another room, in case you rent the room only with shared facilities we come there every day to clean the kitchen, bathroom, the toilet and the living room.

Of course all the necessary bedding are free of charge (fresh sheets, blankets, pillows, towels as many as you like).

It’s on the 6th floor but there is a newly refurbished elevator in the building.

The apartment has amazing views of the city's skyline as it is on the top floor of a higher building, you can have your morning coffee at one of the 3 terraces of the apartment enjoying the sunrise the clouds and beautiful Budapest.

The Lipótváros, where the apartment is located is the most beautiful part of Budapest's downtown, it has the most beautiful palaces and located around the House of Parliament and the St Stephan's Basilica, it is amazing to stroll on the beautiful streets or just have a coffee at a small corner coffee shop, every corner of the district offers you a new surprise and if you walk to the Danube it has beautiful views of the Margaret Bridge, the Chain Bridge and the Castle district just 3 minnutes away from the apartment.

Szent István tér and Erzsébet tér with many good bars, restaurants and cafes is around the corner from the the Parliament View Apartment, to walk to Váci utca- the main walking and shopping street it takes about 5 minutes.

Sights next to the Parliament View Apartment: House of Opera, St. Stephan's Cathedral, House of Parliament + any of the other sights of the city within 15 minutes walk.

The closest bathhouses: Széchenyi Baths and Lukács Baths, both accessible withing 15 minutes.

Near the building downstairs: 24 hours supermarket, coffee shop, local restaurants, pharmacy, exchange office.

It is important to know that we can receive guests 24H a day, so no problem with any late arrival, even after midnight you can arrive, check in is from 13.00 and on the day you leave you have to pack your luggage until 11.00, but you can keep your luggage at the apartment during the day in case you leave only later from Budapest.

Upon arrival we wait for you in the apartment with your key, a map and some other useful information for your stay in Budapest. When you have put down your luggage we will sit down with you and explain the most important things you should know to make your stay more comfortable, like:
- best restaurants, bars, cafes, breakfast places
- best bath houses and museums
- most important and interesting sights and areas to visit
- public transport and taxi system
- where to exchange money
- where are the closest supermarkets, and 24H shops

After all the explanation we disappear until you leave but will be there for you to help in anything like booking a table at a restaurant or if you have any question, you just email, sms, call us and we answer all possible questions and help in any kind of problems.
