While the property does have a new portable air conditioning unit (visible in the listing photos), which can be taken into any room and pedestal fans for each bedroom, there is no central air conditioning throughout the apartment (the split system wall unit on the top level is not operational).
The double bed is located on the top level, which can sometimes get pretty warm in summer depending on the weather. There is a ceiling fan in the room and as mentioned, the portable air conditioner can be used anywhere, but it's just something to consider if you will need more than the 3 queen size beds in the bedrooms.
PLEASE NOTE: There are no flyscreens on the bedroom windows so may be unsuitable for children without adult supervision.
