The property for rent consists of two lovely cottages set in our 2,000 m2 olive grove located in the lush and peaceful residential suburb of “Iraklis” (Hercules) 1.5 km off the town centre and 800 m from the sea. Each cottage has its own private entrance, kitchen and WC and can be rented separately or by the same group of guests.
(A) The main cottage has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a patio with a path leading to the olive grove and can host 4-5 guests (65 m2) making it ideal for a family or group of friends.
(B) The second cottage is a studio (bedroom, kitchenette, WC) located on a small hill overlooking the grove and the gardens, perfect for a couple or aspiring artists (an easel and painting/drawing equipment can be provided upon request). Spotting the sunrise over the sea from the balcony is simply magic.
The grove belonged to my mother’s family for centuries and we still collect olives every November to produce olive oil for our own consumption. Our guests are welcome to savour fruit (figs, pomegranates, almonds), vegetables (cabbage, olives) and pick flowers from our garden.
Zugang für Gäste
The property is easily accessible by car or a bus that stops across the street from the olive grove’s main entrance, however, the area is great for walking and cycling to and from the town centre (15 min) and the beach (8 min).
