Step 1: Move the upper and lower valve hands from “pool” to “spa” (180* to the right)
Step 2: Turn heater to "spa." Use right temperature dial to set to about 8/10 hot.
Step 3: Open keypad on pump and press speed 1. A 4 hour timer will begin. If you need more time after 4 hours press speed 1 again.
Step 4: Turn off heater by setting the button to "off."
Step 5: Turn the lever to “pool” when finished (180* to left). There is no need to press "stop" on the pool pump as it will clean the pool after jacuzzi jets turn off.
Step X: IF the jacuzzi drains, you forgot to turn the lever back to "pool" when finished. Pressing "quick clean" fills the jacuzzi back up, then turn to "pool."
Step X: IF the jacuzzi is not heated, make sure the three way switch on the heater is turned to "spa," and the spa heat knob is about 8/10 turned to hot. Turning to 10/10 may light up the "service" light but the heater will run fine.

For the A/C to work fan must be on "Auto." If the fan works but you feel the A/C is not working you may have to turn the breaker back to "On" if it jumped. A/C runs almost continuously in Coachella Valley and may jump the breaker. The breaker is outside on the side of the house by the garage. You may close room vents or open them, but please move them back to open before you leave so that the new guests get A/C.

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Interior a bit dated but still OK. Great heated jacuzzi and swimming pool in a secluded garden. Large garage.

This place was much bigger than expected with all the amenities needed! The pool and jacuzzi are exactly like their pictures. Had a little trouble using the jacuzzi and Verginia assisted me right away. About 15 minutes driving distance from down town Palms Springs. I would recommend this place to anyone!
