I live in a separate downstairs apartment, and I am available if you need anything. Ring the outside door bell or knock on the inner door which in turn leads to my office, and the dog will bark so I will hear you.

I live in France and have been renovating a large 4 storey townhouse built into the original ramparts of the old medieval town. It is divided up into 3 apartments, one of which I let out to visitors. It's an amazing place to visit if you like walking, countryside, and fresh air and easy communications via the A20 up to Limoges or Paris, or down to Cahors and Toulouse, the fast train even stops in the town. I have one daughter, love animals and enjoy meeting people, I also work online part-time and love doing up old houses, you'll find this place full of old French charm. These are self-contained apartments, but knock on my door if you need anything, you can also access the garden and the river from the rear of the house. I love books and reading and films.
