This is a magical holiday haven tucked away in a small hamlet in County Galway near the Clare border. Perfectly located to explore The Wild Atlantic Way - you can venture across a dramatic coastline taking in The flaggy shore; The Burren; The Cliffs of Moher, and the Aran Islands - or relive history at Coole Park in the footsteps of poet W.B.Yeats and The Lady Gregory...We bought the house as an artist's haven 16 years ago and we believe it has restorative powers to feeling 10 years younger!
This gorgeous three bedroom cottage sleeps 6 people with two bathrooms (one shower and one bath). The sitting room has the most comfortable sofa in the world and a real log fire which is the heart of the home. The kitchen has granite work tops, a table that seats 6 and all mod cons (washing machine/dish washer). The garden has luminous green grass and it's a delight to eat al fresco.
Zugang für Gäste
Guests have access to the entire house apart from the small sauna upstairs and one small room off the sitting room that we use as our lock up.

I am based in London and only able to help with remote advice on emails - but our lovely co-hosts Jo and Tony Perry are on the ground to help guests with their enquiries and general orienteering needs and live 5 minutes away from the house.

CELEBRATE LIGHT AND PEACE our last requirement for you to maximise a harmonious vacation... and breathe in that pure air!
I am a TV Producer with a hectic life - I would always return to our family's Irish thatched cottage called "Studio City" - AKA "The Hideaway" as the perfect place to unwind. The breathtaking walks along The Burren coastline... the roaring log fire... the Guinness ... and the seafood chowder at Linnanes were all key elements to getting "back to normal" after a long shoot.
The coast air is so pure it knocks you out and induces the sort of deep sleep that makes you wake up feeling 10 years younger.
