No storm damage , spacious, clean and newly renovated, this house is located in bucolic Yankeetown, on the last canal off of the Withlacoochie river, closest to the Gulf. It has a big yard and plenty of room for autos/boat trailers.
We're situated across from a preserve which offers plenty of privacy and hiking trails.
Bring your boat and tie up to our dock on a deep water canal or use your car to explore the amazing natural sites in the area. Lots of fun stuff to do.
Free use of two Kayaks!
- Please be indoors by 9 pm or be very quiet if your sitting outside as this is a very quiet street. Please don't feed the wildlife. thanks!

My name is Jim and we bought this house a few years ago because we LOVE the water and fishing. This is truly paradise if that's what you like too.
We're relatively new to AirBnB but have found it to be such a rewarding experience so far. We have had nothing but positive experiences with our guests and look forward to hosting for many years to come. Our main goal is that you have a pleasant stay. It's so nice that we get to share our house with people and let them see what the REAL Florida looks like. So quiet and beautiful.
Paddle down the canal a short way and float down the Withlacoochie river and see how it looks as it did hundreds of years ago. Keep an eye out for the abundant wild life, especially the manatee and gators. If you LOVE fishing like we do, bring your boat and tie up to our dock or hire a guide for a day or half a day and have a blast. I'm sure you'll enjoy yourselves here and look forward to hosting your stay. We believe in letting people have their space and you probably won't even meet us face to face, but rest assured we are in constant contact if you need something or have a question.
