Thanks a lot for your review! We're very sorry the boiler was broken, we don't have any timer to use hot water, now we've solved this problem. Internet works good, if you asked to my parents (you met them at the check-in) why it not worked they would have probably switched on the modem that was turned off by the previous guests, in 1 minute without any problem. But internet didn't work actually, so we are sorry, even though it didn't depend on us. You had an entire apartment for 4 people only 1 night: many times who comes in this circumstances staying 1 night close to the airport at the end of the holiday take advantage of us using many times the washing machine for their dirty clothes (just because we have an external space to hang out the laundry) and staying all night long using the AC. Probably you wouldn't do it, but for sure I have to pay the cleaner, the electricity, the water, and spend my time to make as good as I can your stay.. If we wouldn't behave like that, we should better close the activity. Thanks again for choosing us! We love Canada!!!
