You're in pole position for Bacup's shops & buses, as well as countless mountain bike trails & moorland walks. With Burnley FC's Turf Moor a 17-min drive away, there's Premiership soccer nearby too. A 16-min drive the other way takes you to Yorkshire - free parking at Todmorden Railway station is good for visiting Manchester or Leeds. After a busy day, you’ll be glad for the home comforts in your luxury flat. Great for short or longer term stays. On street parking available immediately outside.
The flat is one of only 4 flats in the block. The other 3 are let to long term tenants but this one has never been lived in permanently. The whole building has been extended and fully renovated in 2017. Its safe and new - with new electrics, insulation, roof, double glazed windows, doors and sound proofing all replaced. The kitchen and shower room are fully tiled, including the floors. The flat has been equipped for, and can sleep up to, 4 people but the sofa bed is not a large double.

The flat is particularly secure with access points off the streets either to the rear or front of the building through locked doors into a small courtyard where the external stairs take you up to the balcony and to your own front door. These areas are well lit with automated lighting installed. There are recycle and general rubbish bins available at the rear of the property. The balcony is only really suitable for access to the property rather than sitting out on.

We are here to make your stay the best it can be. Check is either self check in using a key code or we can meet you to check you in. We live a 2 min drive from the property and our jobs are flexible which means we are on hand most of the time if you need us. Matt will liaise with you on any phone calls as I (Julie) am partially deaf and need to lipread some of the time. I can use British Sign Language and of course we would love to welcome Deaf BSL users too! We can arrange airport/railway station pick ups and drop offs etc via our local taxi driver - just let us know what you need and we can get a price for you and make the arrangements.
Always use the clothes airer provided to dry clothes. Never dry clothes on the radiators. (Previous guests have damaged their clothing and the radiator which has resulted in them paying for a replacement.)
No bleach to be used on the premises.
Thanks for looking at our flat. I manage this property with my husband Matt. We are local to area and have several long term rental properties with lots of happy tenants. Matt sorts out all the maintenance so if anything goes wrong you're in safe hands. We're active travellers, especially now the kids are older and we're back to the 2 of us. We enjoy new experiences, particularly of the culinary variety! We have high standards ourselves and we only rent a property if we'd like to live in it too.
