SKYDECK – as the name implies – has a magnificent roof top terrace which is perfect for entertaining, and offers a sheltered and private retreat to laze away long, sunny summer days. This property really does offer the ultimate in luxury holiday accommodation. The living area extends over three floors, with the lounge, kitchen and dining area on the second floor allowing some gorgeous views over Swillbrook Lake. Furnishing and interior design is to the highest possible standard: refined, elegant and relaxing. This is a very special property for a very memorable holiday.

Kitchen

Good range of white gloss front base cupboard units with granite work surfaces. Built in appliances to include dishwasher, washer dryer, single oven and gas hob. Fully equipped to accommodate 10 guests. Fridge and freezer.

Lounge/Dining Area

The dining area seats 10 and leads on to the open plan lounge with stunning views over Swillbrook Lake. Lounge with two sofas, two chairs, wood burning stove and 37” LCD TV with built-in freeview and DVD player. A selection of family games are available.

Bedrooms

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, king en-suite shower room as well as a double en-suite bathroom along with a separate WC. The first floor can be found a double en-suite shower room, twin bedroom, double bedroom and a separate family shower room.

Roof Terrace

Accessed from the second floor balcony, the third floor is a completely external rooftop terrace with dining furniture and sun loungers. This roof terrace is truly unique at Lower Mill and offers panoramic views over Lower Mill and its nature reserve.

Bed linen, towels, travel cot & highchair are provided, however guests must bring their own linen for the travel cot. Spa Use, Free WiFi, NO pets. Two car parking spaces adjacent to the property.

This property is subject to a £500 Refundable Damage Deposit due 7 days prior to arrival.
