Beachfront on the Sand & spectacular sunset ocean views from your private lanai. It's quiet and there are few tourists on a somewhat secluded beach. The condo is bright and cheery with a fold-out full-sized (not queen) futon. Free parking, beach equipment, tennis courts, golfing (20-minute drive). Great place for playing on the sand or hiking the hills or exploring the rest of the island. Guests have returned to the Hawaiian Princess like a second home for years.

The beach view from your private lanai is breathtaking. Walk onto the sand from the saltwater pool or the barbecue deck. Listen to the waves lull you to sleep. Hike the hills within view alongside the ocean. Grab some groceries from the nearby market for a magical sunset dinner watching the surfers and sea turtles from your lanai. After all, it is known as Turtle Cove. It doesn't get much more relaxing than this. The Waianae Harbor is within view so you can watch the boats or join them for a wildlife cruise. No big crowds here. This bright Hawaiian condo has all the amenities with beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. There is air conditioning but you won't need it with the wide-open lanai and trade wind breezes. Parking is free and secured with 24-hour security. There are good local restaurants with fast and slow food or drive about 15 to 20 minutes down the road for the more populated tourist attractions and golf courses such as Ko Olina Resort. This place has everything for a relaxing or active vacation and a warm inviting comfy beach condo to return to.

Zugang für Gäste

Accessing the Hawaiian Princess is easy. There is a gated entrance from the road to the secured parking lot. A call button at the front gate will notify the security guard to allow you entrance for the first time. After that, you will have access to come and go with a key fob for the gate and a key to the condo door.

* PETS: No Pets are allowed in the condos.
* FEES: Cleaning fee is for post-occupancy cleaning, inspection and inventory. No maid service is provided during your stay.
* SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Guest(s)/Cardholder(s) is/are individually and severally liable and otherwise fully responsible for any and ALL
damages incurred to the property(ies) and/or premises beyond normal wear and tear including, but not limited to any loss or damage to the unit,
repairs, replacements, undue cleaning, eviction, service calls or charges (caused by negligence or damage), fines/assessments, plus all applicable
tax throughout the duration of their occupancy. Guests'/Cardholders' credit card(s) shall be charged at full cost of repair and/or current replacement, including labor and materials, removal and disposal, plus taxes and surcharges, as applicable. Owner/host is hereby granted the right to debit the Guests'/Cardholders' credit card. If there is a claim, an itemized statement will be sent via email to the address submitted by the
Guest(s)/Cardholder(s) at such time as the reservation was made. By written or electronic endorsement of this Agreement, the
Guest(s)/Cardholder(s) hereby agree(s) to pay for all such charges, as defined above.

* CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: . Failure to vacate the property on the scheduled date of
departure by our established check-out time without prior approval may result in immediate assessment of a fee equivalent to the sum of one (1)
additional nights' rental rate, plus tax, with all such costs being charged to the Guests'/Cardholders' credit card or deducted from security deposit.
* KEYS: Keys must be returned to the keybox and/or condo or a $100.00 fee will be assessed per key set. Please assure that all doors, sliders, and
windows are securely locked and lights, air conditioning and washer valves are turned off. Owner/host is not responsible for items left in the condo.

* SUPPLIES/MAINTENANCE: Upon arrival, the condo will be furnished with a small supply of dishwashing detergent, soap, toilet paper etc.
Additional supplies may need to be purchased at the renter’s expense during the rental period. Please inspect the condo upon arrival and report
any problems so that they may be corrected as quickly as possible and you will not be assessed for the damage/condition.
* BUILDING MAINTENANCE: Renter is aware that exterior maintenance and repair work is an ongoing process and that at times there may be
associated noise and/or minor inconveniences.
We reserve the right to enter the premises for the purpose of repair and/or maintenance or to inspect the property during your stay. Further you agree to abide by the rules, regulations and laws of the condo association and community and refrain from any activity which interferes with the quiet enjoyment of its residents. Violation of the regulations and/or law may result in the forfeiture of all monies and termination of occupancy.
* LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Renter agrees that he/she is voluntarily participating in any and/or all ocean-related activities such as swimming,
snorkeling, scuba diving, and surfing. Renter assumes all risk of injury, illness, damage or loss to person and property that might result, including,
but without limitation, any loss or theft of personal property. The use of the condominium accommodations such as the pool also involves risks. By
reserving this condo, you acknowledge that in all events and circumstances owner/host shall not be liable.
