(It’s the boring stuff but we got to include it)
1.Smoking is NOT allowed.
2.People other than those in the guest party may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of guest.
3.The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
1.Keep the property and all furnishings in good order
2.Only use appliances for their intended uses
3.Noise: This is a quite family neighborhood; we ask that you respect our neighbors and have a quiet time from 11:00PM until 7:00AM.
4.Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. Additional housekeeping services can be requested and charged accordingly.

5.Natural Disasters: If there is a natural disaster (e.g. earthquake), no refunds will be given unless the state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in the area that includes residence of the vacationing guest. The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in the residence area, we will refund. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered;
Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the mandatory evacuation is lifted; and
Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the mandatory evacuation period.
6.Firepit: Feel free to have a bonfire but make sure the fire is out before you go in to sleep. Please keep the area tidy after use. If there is a burn ban in effect DO Not use fire pit and start a fire. If burn ban is in effect there will be signage up on the street coming to the home. Please no fire works after 10pm please limit yourself and have considerations to our good neighbors. Also please clean up burnt up firework particles eg cardboard, wrappers etc…, do not pollute our environment and beaches. Thanks
8.Fishing: Please purchase your fishing license before doing so. We do not provide fishing equipment.

Check¬in: 4:00 pm on day of scheduled arrival. Early check in is not allowed unless arranged with Homeowner in advance. Entry: The main entry key pad code is 5354(subject to change) please email before trip.

Internet: There is a broadband high-speed internet connection available for guests to use with their personal equipment. Network name is: Lummi Law Password: CanadaEH!! Its case sensitive.
House Details During Your Stay
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs. Pots and pans are located in the bottom cupboard to the right of the stove top. To the right of the stove you will find oil, spices and other condiments. Please feel free to use any condiments in the fridge.
BATHROOMS
I have provided towels, toilet paper, toiletries and a hair dryer for your use.

Garbage & Recycling: garbage bin is located in the back yard, please move the garbage to the front entry for garbage pickups after check out.
Departure & Check¬Out
Checkout Time is 10am
Checkout Checklist: On the morning of your checkout please do the following:
Empty opened food items from the refrigerator
Close all trash bags and put in garbage bin/tote. Make sure the garbage bin lid is closed. If garbage bin is not in the front drive way please move it there. Garbage pick up is Monday early morning. Please note excessive garbage left behind is subject to charge on your damage deposit.
Place all towels and sheets in a pile on the floor. You can leave beds unmade.
Please wash any dirty dishes and put in drying rack
Turn off all lights, fans, heat, electronics, ...
Lock the doors, close the windows,

This house is so close to the ocean and has beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The host was amazingly prepared as far as kitchen gadgets and bathroom needs go. The house is very pretty and I highly recommend staying here for a weekend getaway. The fire pit out back is great at night as is the outdoor dining area. We stayed here with a group of 10 and sleeping was a little tight, but manageable. I would caution if your intention is to ski at Baker to allow up to 2 hours to get to the mountain or back and take I-5. This location was pushing the limit for commuting to the mountain or back, but it's a good balance of you have a split group on activities. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for a long getaway anytime of year. Also, the host was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions.

What a lovely home in such a beautiful location! This was the perfect place to gather for my son's graduation from WWU! We really enjoyed the beach and the fire pit, but my favorite part was watching the sunsets from the deck. Victor was very responsive and answered emails quickly.

Staying at this house was a great experience. We had a few long walks on the beach and enjoyed the sunsets over the water. We felt very welcome and everything was quick and easy to figure out. We certainly plan to return!

Victor was helpful and responsive both during the reservation process and when we had a question during our stay. We ultimately enjoyed our time in the house, but felt the photos weren't totally accurate of the overall home. The houses next door are closer than we thought, although they were mostly empty during our visit. It would be important for other guests to be aware this home while clean and comfortable, is not in a great neighborhood. We were not bothered at all but there were several run down buildings just across the street. We arrived in the middle of the night due to flight issues and were uncomfortable looking for the house. The beds were comfortable, although the downstairs bedroom which we used for elderly grandparents who aren't very mobile had a bed that was very very low to the ground. We ended up moving a mattress from upstairs down so they could get in and out of bed. A normal height bed frame here would be nice, I think. The kitchen was outdated, but good sized and reasonably stocked with dishes and pans the dining area was a bit small, but workable for the six of us. A nice feature was the hosts provided lots of spices/condiments so it was great to not have to buy those all for a few days. We left our extra's too. :) The view was beautiful (towards the water, and we just kept the blinds shut towards the road) and our stay was very peaceful. Our grandparents enjoyed being able to sit inside and watch the boats and birds from the living room. Having the wi-fi provided was nice as well. We would possibly stay again, but would be unwilling to pay $312/night again after having stayed and seen it firsthand.

Family of 5 with 3 little girls that love the sea, With a busy life we want to slow down the pace and enjoy nature. Location across to Lummi Island walking distance to the ferry, but still on the mainland don't need to take a ferry every time we head into the city.
