I want to reiterate that it is important to organize your shopping before arriving, as Coffee Creek has no major market, only a little community store that has incidentals, mostly. Trinity Center also has a community store that is currently a tad more well stocked, but it is not a full-fledged market. Tops Market in Weaverville (45 minutes away) and in Redding (1-1/2 to 2 hours away) are your easiest choices en route to Coffee Creek. There are several other markets, like Safeway, Trader Joe's, etc., in Redding. Weaverville has a great little health food store, but it's small and pricey.

I am most at home in the wilderness, have paddled Alaskan Rivers, and backpacked extensively. One of my favorite wilderness trips was in the Trinities, which is why my husband and I couldn't resist buying this little slice of heaven on Coffee Creek.
Most of the year, I'm a gentlewoman farmer on the Central Coast of California, but I find myself spending more and more time in the lovely little community of Coffee Creek. Come see why.
