Fill up your gas tank at Murphy's as its usually the lowest price in town. Small dorm refrigerator in room.
About the City: Activities in the Charleston area are endless. Recommended to have a car but the Carta (Charleston Area Regional Transportation Authority) Bus System does pick up & drop off across from Stokes Honda, walking distance from the condo. Look up Carta online for more about Carta bus schedules.

I am available via (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) phone or text to answer questions while you are visiting. I work long hours but it is likely our paths will cross as I live in the home. Also NOTE: I can not change my location so please do not penalize me with less than 5 stars in that category as I do my best to describe that I am not walking distance to downtown or the beaches. When you give me less than 5 stars, it keeps me from maintaining super host status. I want you to enjoy your stay. I will always try my very best to make your stay comfortable.

Welcome to Charleston and Casa de Pamela! Thank you for choosing my place for your stay. Please absolutely NO smokers. If you smoke, this is NOT the room for you. Come/go as you please through your own private entry door. Please no additional guests/visitors or 1 night stands during your stay. Pool is open during the warm spring/summer months from sun up to sun down. Please honor the noise ordinance & be courteous to neighbors. I have a small 10 lb dog on site but your room is a pet free zone. Please hang up all dirty/wet towels on clothing rack so they do not sour. If you use any of the beach supplies please clean off all the sand outside the unit before returning them to the walk in closet. The 2 gas stations at the corner (Murphys & Shell) make a fairly decent cup of coffee. Dunkin Donuts is within driving distance too. Reminder this is my home and not a hotel so please do not waste electricity or water. Please turn off lights when you leave the room & check water faucets to be sure of no dripping. The room is normally only cleaned between guests however if you need something done during your visit, don't hesitate to ask me for extra towels, to empty trash, etc. Again, thank you so much for your courtesy and for choosing my room for your trip. Check out is no later than 10 am. Please leave the keys on the tall cabinet and lock the bottom lock before you pull the door shut. Don't forget to check the closet and under the bed before you leave to make sure you have all your belongings.
