First of all this is not a classical air bnb, but rather a hotel. The location on the southern coast of Mahe is great and the beach is nice and usually not too full of people. Water is pretty clear with some nice fish. The place comes with a den of about 6 giant tortoises, which is quite cool aswell. Hotel is right on the beach, while the (standard) rooms are about 50m from the waterfront without a direct view of the sea. You can still hear the waves in bed. The restaurant is right at the waterfront. While we were there at 2 evenings events for a cruise ship were hosted complete with live music and local dancers. Unfortunately before that major construction works on the bar were conducted, complete with quite some noise. The hotel actually has a pool aswell, but was dirty and all the deck chairs were stuffed in a corner and that place was a mess. Didnt look very welcoming there at that time. The included breakfast is officially provided from 8 to 9.30, which I find quite early and short for a holiday hotel. Consists of eggs, toast, jam, cheese, pancakes and fruit salad. Partially starting from 9 there were neither pancakes nor salad left. The staff is not that friendly to be honest, but gives you what you need. I would also recommend some hotel clothing with name tags, cause sometimes its hard to make out who actually works there. And on top our check in took about 30 min, which i couldnt quite understand. Upon leaving we met a couple who tried to check in at night (10pm), but the reception was not manned. So they checked themselves in... Internet is only free in the reception area. The bar already closed at 9pm even though quite a lot of guests were still there. All in all I think value for price is ok for seychelles, especially due to the nice beach.
