The apartment is located in the Uguccioni Palace, which was the work of Donatello, in the middle of Piazza della Signoria, there is a room with two single beds, a bed, a sofa bed in the living area, a kitchen, two bathrooms 1with tub.
The apartment of 810 sq feet can host up to four guests. All fine details have been carefully studied and evoke the atmosphere of the old Florentine dwellings complete with period earthenware tile floorings, a vaulted ceiling with a visible timber cross and a traditional, functioning, stoned fireplace which warms the living room.
The apartment has two bedrooms, one with two single beds, and one with a queen size bed, also two bathrooms, one with a Jacuzzi. In the spacious living room there is a fully equipped open plan kitchen and a relaxing lounge area.
The apartment is equipped with all comforts.

Per le proprietà che gestiamo ama trovare oggetti e mobili unici e mischiare gli stili i più' svariati.
Pietro: studi artistici dal liceo terminati con l'Accademia delle belle arti di Bologna. Pittore ,ricercatore di segno e immagini da ogni libro più' recondito e fervente appassionato di funghi. Per le proprietà cura l'aspetto artistico dando un senso alle pareti e ai vuoti con sculture e quadri di artisti diversi.

Pietro: artist painter, he spends days on old unknown books to find new shapes as inspiration for his next painting and he's a passionate mushrooms collector. The art of his job who likes the most is filing voids and walls with sculptures and art pieces of different artists.
