Off street car parking is located at the rear of the property, but usually there is an abundance of spaces at the front of the house especially in the weekends.
Access is via a shared driveway between number 10 and 12 Errard Street North. There is a gate to access the rear of the property. To open the electronic gate press the 4 digit pin number (this will be provided to you on the day of your arrival). Feel free to park where you like but be mindful of other guests who may be parking in this area.

The fantastic central location places it within a couple of minutes drive of the CBD, supermarkets, restaurants, the Bridge Mall, train station and bus interchange. Sovereign Hill is a 7 minute drive and 14 minutes from Kryal Castle.

If you are staying with children, please keep noise to a minimum. For instance children must refrain from running in the apartment e.g. up and down the hallway. The reason for this, is that noise from the the top floor apartment can be transferred to the ground floor apartment and it will impact the comfort of the guests staying below.
The terrace is located in a residential area so be mindful of your neighbours. If you are using the communal fire pit area, all activities must cease by 11.30pm.
Smoking is permitted outside in the back garden or on the balconies. Please ensure butts are disposed in a responsible manner. i.e. not in the garden beds or in any pot plants.
We will reconfirm the number of guests and the number of beds that will need to be set up prior to your arrival as we understand that guest numbers can change. If more beds have been used or there have been more guests staying that at time of booking, additional charges will be added after check out stage.
When you book you are 100% responsible for the actions of all your guests. We would appreciate it that your fellow guests are aware of these house rules as their behaviour will ultimately reflect your rating.
Lascelles is keyless, so this means check in is a self serve process.
Access is via an electronic key pin pad and by entering the 4 digit pin number sent by SMS on the day of your arrival (usually sent after 10am). This is when the previous guest has left and the cleaner has started re-setting the property ready for your stay. Check in is normally from 12pm.

I appreciate great design and have a passion for architecture in all its forms. I'm particularly interested in restoration projects which marry old with new. I love sharing my projects with others and actively seek feedback from other creative souls.
These beautiful houses are continually being improved and restored and all guests directly contribute to these restorations.
All works have been supervised by Fletcher the Airedale and have received the four paw of approval. Fletch can be seen hard at work in a few of the property photos (coming soon).
