So sorry to hear your experience had so many negatives. I do feel I need to point out that although `I can accommodate late check-ins, when the guests arrive at close to 1am, as you did, I have occasionally been known to fall asleep before arrival. This was a mistake on my part and I apologise. The sofa bed should have been put up for you and for this I was and am extremely apologetic. I should also clarify that whilst you did very kindly do the sofa bed whilst I fetched linen and extra towels this was not expected from you, but offered. I think you will find that the cleaning standards have always received good reviews in the past I did check your room after you requested I do so and cleaned everything but it's important to note that in the case of Airbnb, whether it is hosting or being a guest, communication is the key, if I had known there were any issues I am sure I could have resolved them. For example, the bread, you were, I am sure, misreading the date, 15 would have signified date of the month not year. The reason guests mostly love this listing is it's high standard proximity to the centre at significantly more affordable price.
