thank you indeed for sharing the experience of your stay, I’m very glad you liked the sea view and the hammock, found nice and easy to communicate with me and my friend Gregory who is always happy to help to have more enjoyable stay while I’m away of the Island. I do regret you did not inform me about those points you mentioned in your review like cleaning etc. (especially considering the fact that you have been asked specifically about your satisfaction of my accommodation in all the aspects after your check-in and we got your confirmation that everything was all right except cable tv to replace one I have provided for you access to my Netflix account), of course I would have resolved most of the issues during your stay if you informed me.
Some points have already been done like missing cable tv, changed curtains in bathroom, new cleaning person called. I want to assure you that I'm very thankful for your feedback which is very valuable for me and always helps me to understand what I should to improve for excellent experience of my guests for future.
