Welcome to your own furnished and self-contained unit, attached to an 9-year-old house in Fremantle! Super-quiet and private, although very near a good bus-route into town. With three rooms to yourself, you can be completely independent, and staying within a 15-minute walk, or a 5-minute walk, of central Fremantle. There are parks all round, a supermarket close by, and 2 quiet beaches 10 minutes drive away. At $70 max., it's the best value around.
Please don't book more than 10 weeks in advance! Thanks!
It has one double bedroom (10sq.m), a lovely spacious bathroom (3.5 sq.m), and a bright mini- lounge/kitchenette, approx. 15sq.m (with fan, heater, fridge, electric frypan and microwave). Linen/cutlery also provided but please NOTE: there is no stove-top, aircon or washing machine. It is well set out, but you should consider the size if planning a stay of more than 2 weeks. WiFi is available.
This charming unit has its own parking bay and laneway entrance, and is within easy reach of shops, cafes, restaurants and Freo attractions, such as the World Heritage Prison and the 100+ year-old Fremantle Markets.
Ideal for short break or business/holiday visit (2-14 nights), 1-2 adult guests only.
Your host is Australian, but grew up in East Africa. Interested in languages, travel (when possible), movies, food, and my 2 special dogs. I have worked in many different fields, notably adult education, ESL, and refugee welfare.
Regular price from May 1 is $60 single, $70 couple, per night, with discount for a stay of 6 or more nights. Not spacious enough to accommodate babies or young children, sorry. After contact is made via Airbnb, I'll be happy to answer further questions :)
