We stayed there 1 night only. Laurent was very nice and welcoming; he was also flexible with us, as we arrived late in the night.
He even tried and succeeded to help us, because we had lost our contact lenses solution.
The apartment is in an old but renovated building, the elevator is a bit small, but the apartment itself is very nice and modern (touch lamps, contactless garbage, etc.) The room is fully equipped; there's even an iMac that guests can use. The bathroom had only two towels, we would have liked to have three, but that's a detail.
The neighborhood is a bit noisy, and some people looked weird, we were a bit scared at the beginning, but Laurent did not mention anything about it not being safe. The only problem was that we parked the car in the street, and we were surprised, the next day, to find that other cars scratched it while parking next to it. I should have parked it in an underground parking or something, given that this situation is quite common in France.
