You get the whole self-contained apartment. The layout sees two separate bedrooms and a bathroom set off a hallway which in turn leads through to a kitchen, dining and living area. Outside at the rear there is a decked area which you are welcome to use. Access is via very secure doors at both front and rear. An off-street parking place can be provided on request at a modest fee (if say you have a very special car!) but there is plenty of free parking out front.

The West End of Glasgow is famous for its history and culture. It has all the shops and dining you'd expect in a wealthy inner suburb equivalent to areas of London like Hampstead, Islington or Richmond. Vibrant restaurant and café life and near to the Glasgow University district and Botanical Gardens. Our apartment is nice 10 minute stroll from the heart of all that, which is the Byres Road. Walking distance to public transport into Glasgow City Centre, plus regular train links to Edinburgh. 20 mins cab ride from Glasgow International Airport. 30 minutes from the start of the Highlands and 40 minutes from the seaside.
This is a No Smoking apartment. Please use extractor fans when cooking and bathing. No parties and if returning late be respectful of neighbours who may well be asleep! Otherwise just enjoy your home from home.
