We respect the laws of the state of Indiana, which means no illegal drug use or acts of violence are allowed.
We also prefer if you keep the lid closed on the toilets so nothing drops into them.
We prefer you park in the driveway and not block the drop off zone.
We prefer that you use the front door. The front porch allows two sets of stairs, 4 steps on the front side and 2 steps at the side.
We believe the best ages for children are infants that do not crawl, or children ages 5 and above, since they cannot play inside the house, due to the antiques and irreplaceable decorations.
Smoking is only allowed on the front porch.
