We had a very nice stay, Clare was very friendly and welcoming and the house very calm, perfect for people who like nature.

The Rectory really is a gorgeous place, you can spend some time in the beautiful garden as well. Kitchen is fully equipped wich was very handy for us. Thank you for a lovely stay

Chris était là pour me saluer, accueillir mon temps d'arrivée tardive. Le chalet était à l'aise avec les bases pour me garder heureux. L'emplacement était idéal avec de fantastiques étoiles la nuit. Une bonne partie du point de vue des coûts.

My wife and I really enjoyed the peace and tranquility of our stay in this cosy little stone cottage which borders a game reserve (we saw plenty of wildlife from the comfort of the hammock in the garden!) By far the best value of anything else in the area, the cottage had a rustic charm to it that we both loved. We highly recommend this cottage for laid back types of people who can appreciate simple living and the quietness of nature.

Chris was an extremely helpful host, who was always willing to meet our needs and requests, and inform us of everything going on in the area. The cottage was adequately equipped and situated 10 minutes from the quaint Bathurst and 30-40 minutes from Grahamstown. The stars at night were breathtaking and the grazing donkeys a merry sight!

Chris was an awesome host - nothing was too much trouble. The cosy and charming stone cottage was so pretty and to hear the nightjars at night and wake up to a baby donkey grazing at our bedroom window - we are missing the rural beauty already. A really great holiday and break away and we are most definitely making plans to return.

What an awesome piece of paradise. Jennifer is an awesome host and goes above and beyond for her guests. We had a fabulous time which included a drive, by the host, down to ship rock where the kids enjoyed some sand-boarding and we enjoyed a snack afterwards. Some great memories were created. Don't miss out on this stop.

Great spot to relax and enjoy the beach by day and stars by night. Jennifer was excellent and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome at her beautiful farm.

Jenni was wonderfully hospitable and did everything she could to make our stay in her beautiful cottage amazing. The facilities were excellent and we loved the sandboards and the ride to the beach, which was fab. Dolphins playing in the waves in front of us! We only wish we could have stayed longer. No one could fail to live this beautiful place. Its even better than the excellent description. Thank you!

Sabrina's place in Port Alfred is a delight: immaculately clean, stylishly furnished and decorated, well equipped and cosy, with a very comfortable bed. The overall ambience is perfect. The only downside for my wife and I was that we weren't able to spend longer here. Highly recommended!

Modern, well appointed unit. Central to shops or restaurants but not on the marina/coast if that's what you are looking for. The cost for this would be much higher of course, I think this unit is good value for money. Sabrina was an excellent host, helpful and accommodating. We would be happy to recommend her.

We had a fantastic stay at Sabrina's Loft on Lambert over the New Year. Sabrina was wonderfully accommodating and hospitable and ensured we had all the necessities set up in our loft. The loft itself was decorated perfectly for a beach apartment and the location is close to both the beach and shops, making our stay really pleasurable and relaxing. We highly recommend Loft on Lambert for couples or individuals looking for a serene, beach apartment and we will definitely be back for another stay! Quirky, quaint house with an outstanding view. Still in process of being equipped to the highest spec. Has all the basics needed for a simple, enjoyable beach holiday. Suggestions for additions were given to Tracy on our departure.

Ik was op zoek naar een plek voor mijn bejaarde moeder en oom te verblijven tijdens de National Arts Festival in Grahamstown. Dit huisje is perfect. Het had alle gemakken (veel doordachte details en is uitstekend uitgerust) en is een 30 ish minuten rijden naar het festival. Die was perfect voor hen. Tegen een fractie van de prijs van het festival accommodatie en met een gegarandeerde watervoorziening vanwege hun boorgat (Grahamstown water was uitgeschakeld voor het grootste deel van het festival en die van ons lokaal verblijft begon te verlangend kijken naar hun huisje) Ik kan het niet aanraden als een satelliet locatie meer. Ze hebben ook genoten van het gebied en vonden Jane en haar familie warm, vriendelijk en maar al te graag helpen. Ik nam een gok over Sweet Fountain Cottage, omdat zij niet over een beoordeling die ik zou kunnen controleren op - ik hoop dat het niet ontmoedigd andere potentiële bezoekers, want het is echt een heerlijke plek om te verblijven. En ik hoop dat deze beoordeling zal meer mensen naar Jane's boerderij, zodat ze houdt het gaan voor volgend jaar ... als we zeker terug!

The cottage is very comfortable and inviting, and surrounding gardens picturesque. Very clean, lovely bedrooms and living area. Nested within fantastic scenery with a huge pool area. Jane and her family were very welcoming, respectful of our privacy and very friendly!

Sweet Fountain Cottage is a real gem in Bathurst. It is a quaint cottage situated on a working farm. One can explore the area from this base: Port Alfred, Bathurst Pineapple area, the village with interesting shops and restaurants (Pig and Whistle is a must - one of the oldest registered pubs in SA) and an excellent butcher. There are lots of MTB cycle routes and we had an informative tour of the farm by the owner, Geoff. Jane is a wonderful host. Highly recommended.

Jane was very welcoming, we had everything we needed and really enjoyed our stay there. Loved the bird life, peace and quiet and garden potatoes!

We had a very pleasant stay at Craig's beach apartment. It was neat, centrally located and had all the necessities required in terms of kitchen utensils and other household items. We felt and home and enjoyed the beautiful view and sound of the sea.
