“An oasis for wildlife, the Gardens feature 52 hectares of plants from Australia and all around the world. Horticultural and art and craft shows are displayed in the Auditorium most weekends and free volunteer guided walks leave the Information Centre, Monday to Saturday (except public holidays) at 11 am and 1 pm. Alternatively you may like to explore the Gardens via one, or all, of the three self-guided trails available.”

“The bar is just seconds from your front door. Its a relaxed atmosphere and a great place to relax and unwind on a lovely sunny afternoon. There is no live music so the bar is great to catch up with friends and chat. There tap beers are always changing and they have a great wine and cocktail list. They have a great variety of food as well. ”

“A massive park with very natural feel. The playground is huge and there are also toilets, picnic tables and BBQs on site that are free to use. Kedron Brook runs right past and you can see huge fish swimming here, you can bike ride or hike along the pathway in either direction (east will take you all the way to the boondall wetlands, west takes you all the way to the outta western suburbs of Brisbane)”
