You will have one of a kind, truly authentic experience packed with fun and action! In the heart of the nature, you will be tuning into your senses to discover and connect with nature. You will join me and my trained dog Gemma, and my highly experienced truffle hunter fellow Santo, and his trained dog Vasco to get an introduction to the magical and mysterious world of truffles. You will be exploring the art of finding these gastronomic treasures! - 8.00 am we will meet in Turin and we will take you to our secret places - out of the city in the forest. -we will have a coffee break in the village where we find truffles. - we will give you an introduction to truffles, where they grow, qualities and rules about searching them. - we will be walking and searching for truffles, (white or black depending on the season) in the forest with the help of our beloved, talented dogs Gemma and Vasco. You will actively take part in the truffle hunt, learn how to recognise truffles and how to dig them up - we will have a lunch in a typical Italian trattoria.
