Join us for a "Bee incredible" journey, as we explore the work of Apiarists (Beekeepers). You will be guided on a 1.5 to 2 hour tour (depending on the size of the group) encompassing the miraculous work of bees. Bees undertake the extraordinary important job of helping to mature and grow many of the plants we enjoy and providing a food source - honey - that is globally consumed and universally loved. If you're feeling exceptionally brave, you can don a full protective gear and open a bee hive for a closer look into the habitat of bees, the Brood Box (nest). Observe the Queen bee laying eggs, while learning about the unique roles and responsibilities of drone and worker bees. You'll be able to taste the honeycomb (if available) and sample sweet honey from the source; which has been used for centuries for its naturopathic or medicinal purposes. You'll enjoy a one-hour guided experience where you learn about our six spoiled llamas and four suri alpacas, our farm, our bamboo forest, see our treehouse from the ground, the beautiful structures, built from reclaimed materials. All of our animals are rescues and have gone from (in some cases neglect and abuse), to a loving environment in their habitat and Bamboo Forest. You will learn about these highly intelligent animals, their herd dynamics, individual personalities, get up close to them, and learn about non-verbal communications, and quirks. Other times, you can see the llamas & alpacas roaming through the glass. We never force them to be inside, so that's up to them. When you arrive at our beautiful urban farm, you will be greeted by a spoiled crew of rescued and alpacas. Take a moment to photograph them or take selfies. Walk down through our garden, down a stone lined path and enter the magical world of camelids, bamboo, and listen to the sound of the fountain at the center of the courtyard. To your left, you'll take in the gorgeous barn with 1900s barn doors, enter the beautiful space. The barn is built from reclaimed barn wood, 1860 stained glass window, old beams, old doors and windows. The structure is composed of reclaimed antique glass doors so you can see the bamboo forest, the alpacas, the llamas. Just beyond the bamboo is the treehouse. Our wonderful instructor will then greet you and ground you and take you through the most zen, magical yoga experience. Upon arrival you will take a tour of the sanctuary, I will explain the daily routine and you will meet the animals and learn about their care and how they came to reside here. You will learn about their lives in factory farms and other trends that have caused them to end up in sanctuaries. You will then have the opportunity to interact with them one on one. After choosing your scents and creating a custom scent, you will then choose crystal chips to add to the top. Your candle must sit for a hour before departing with it. 1. Guests join us at our Studio WIP space and dive into the world of spray paint & urban art. All instruction is done by local artists. Each guest will go home with their own piece of artwork. 2. Upon entering guests can enjoy our ever changing gallery. Feel free to bring a beverage, it’s BYOB! This interactive workshop will turn guests into the artist & be guided along the way. Experimenting with lettering, stencils, aerosol & cap technique guests will experience something truly unique. 3. Our main objective is to break down stereotypes that often are connected with spray paint. Guests will leave with curiosity and basic aerosol skills to boot.

To get started I will share some of the Ethiopian customs and traditions with you. We will practice the basic steps of East African dancing. Whether you are an experienced dancer or a new learner, everyone can learn to how to Ethiopian dance. Ethiopian music can be danced solo or as a group. There is so much to see in Atlanta so I will take you to the must see locations and put them into a 5 hour tour. Prior to our first stop you will see the famous Jackson St Bridge which is infamous from "The Walking Dead." The first stop will be a guided tour at the Martin Luther King Historical Memorial Site for 45 minutes. You will visit the tomb of Dr. and Mrs. King, The Eternal Flame, Freedom Hall, Historic Ebenezer Baptist Church and you will see Dr. Kings birth home. Next you will visit Krog St Market and then take a glimpse of the future of Atlanta by walking on the Atlanta Beltline. Be prepared to take lots of photos on the Beltline. After walking the Beltline you will see Inman Park and Little 5 Points, Atlanta’s hippest neighborhood. Then you will visit Ponce City Market. Afterwards you will see the homes of the rich and famous in Buckhead. Learn about the famous people living in Buckhead that you will only find on this tour. After leaving Buckhead we will ride on Peachtree St and see the High Museum of Art, Margaret Mitchell House, Fox Theatre, CNN Center and so much more! Other things to note This is a 5 Hour Atlanta Tour from 9am - 2pm. You will be inside a covered bus and we will get off the bus several times to see different sites on your guided tour of Atlanta. When you arrive, you will be welcomed by our family and our herd of 7 sweet and fluffy Huacaya Alpacas. We will provide a brief overview of the farm rules and steps to have the most amazing experience. We will then share our story about how we traded in business suits for muck boots and flannels and realized our dream of starting an Alpaca farm and sharing these amazing animals with our local community and beyond. Next we will provide a little education on the history of Alpacas, what a typical day looks like for the herd and some interesting facts about the animals in general. We will then give guests a bowl of grain and alfalfa hay and let everyone hand-feed or bowl feed the animals of your choice. If you’re more adventurous, you can put a bit of alfalfa hay in between your teeth and get a kiss from a member of the herd! Next we will let you roam with the alpacas in the pasture where you can be amongst them, take pictures of the beautiful scenery and soak in the fresh air and nature. And to end it all, we will take pictures of your group with the Alpacas and give you time to browse our farm store that is made up of items made from the fiber of the Alpacas. **We are a working farm so please be reminded to dress appropriately. Shoes or boots that you don’t mind getting a little dirty are recommended. If it happens to rain, we have a large barn and a patio.
