Erstklassige Parks

Park
“So if you are looking for a spectacular all day trip. Grand Canyon is definitely worth the drive. Leave early, it’s about a 3 hr drive each way. My husband and I have driven rim to rim in a day and stopped at all the sites. Expect to come back late if you want to enjoy the sunset there. It’s about $20 per car to get in the park. You can park in the entrance and ride the busses to tour all the stops for a fee if you don’t want to drive everywhere. Or get out and walk along the trails. I would not recommend going to rim to rim hiking in one day. The Grand Canyon truly is breathtaking! Get your camera, you are going to want to take lots of photos. ”

“For a peaceful walk with beautiful scenery I’ve been here several times. And during part of the warmer times of the year there are so many butterflies to be seen nearby. Around the Christmas holidays they normally have live music Christmas lights and my favorite was the hot apple cider drinks.”

“Tempe Beach Park is the recreational lifeblood of Downtown Tempe, where locals come for recreation around the massive Tempe Town Lake. There are many attractions nearby, like pontoon bridges, the Tempe Center for the Arts and the Boat Marina. At the marina, you can rent a boat and take a tour of the lake or if you prefer more manual efforts, rent a paddle-boat for two. There is also a special water splash playground that is designed for kids so they can get soaked during the dog-days of summer.”

“Experience the adventure of tubing or kayaking down the Salt River and seeing wild horses in nature. We have kayaks for rent and can be transported to the river for a $40 round trip fee. The Salt River is in the Usury Mountain area just 20 minutes north of Om on the Range. We recommend purchasing the AZ recreation permit for approximately $7 dollars to prevent any Park Ranger citations.”
