Saba and her mother made us feel extremely welcome. The property was reassuringly exactly as described and the pool and grounds were even better! The location was really quiet and a fair distance from the local village so a car is a must to get around. We visited several local towns and particularly liked Rieti (about 40 minutes away). We visited Rome and took the train the first time, but found that driving in was better and parking in the centre of Rome was relatively cheap and easy to find.

Rust, uitzicht, gastvrijheid en olijven! We voelden ons gelijk welkom in Casa Ferronio, een nieuw verbouwd gedeelte van een authentieke olijfgaard boerderij. Je bevindt je op een rustige plek tussen duizenden olijfbomen, uitzicht op heuvels en bergdorpjes en een eigen zwembad onder handbereik. Toch zijn een aantal supermarkten, barretjes, gellateria (ijsjes) en restaurants op 5 minuten rijden. Hartje rome ligt op een uur rijden, maar kan ook vanaf het nabij gelegen station worden bereikt.

We had a great time ! Enrica gave us a great feeling of welcome when we met her. She explained the house to us and even gave us a grand tour of her olive oil farm. We felt very welcome. The apartment was very nice and cool. Everything was very clean and every floor had it's own bathroom and toilet. The pool was cleaned every night and the place has a tremendous view really special. We can recommend this place to everybody!

Staying in the house of Oriana was great. The family is very kind and helpful and did the maximum for us feel good. The village is very beautiful and using a car is easy to visit the other villages around. It was one of the places where feelings really Italy (at least as we imagined before). We recommend.

Paola is aardig, punctueel en reageer snel op vragen via de sms of mail. samen met onze 2 vrienden hebben wij heerlijk genoten van de rust en het traditionele Italiaanse huis. Omdat het huis echt in de bergen ligt is er niet altijd even goed bereik met internet. De eerste paar dagen hadden wij helemaal geen internet. Het is belangrijk om te weten dat er permanent 3 honden aanwezig zijn in rondom het huis. Vooral in de nacht zijn deze erg actief. Paola had een boekje voor ons gemaakt met suggesties wat te den in de buurt. Vooral het meer is echt de moeite waard om er naar toe te gaan. Omdat het in de bergen ligt heb je echt een auto nodig en ben je makkelijk 30 min kwijt naar een wat grotere stad. Een leuk huis voor wie even tot rust wilt komen

This was a fantastic week, which we will always remember. The location is special; within nature, having full privacy and stress is automatic floating away. The house has everything we needed, our children liked the many games at the house and my wife and I enjoyed to sit on the veranda talking, reading and drinking a glass of wine. The area has a strong combination within 1 hour you can go to Rome, or stay in the Area to visit small towns. We also liked the lake in the area, we hired 2 times a boat and were in principle alone on the lake. Also we liked the people in the area, all are very kind and helpful, you can notice it's not a very touristic area, which we like. Last but not least the house owners (Paola and Giuseppe) are hard-working and warm people who love their house, and they where easy to contact if we had questions.

We loved the house. Very nice and peaceful surrounding. We enjoyed the open fire place, my children were happy playing with the sweet dogs. The Internet did not work at the time we were there, but it usually does. Paola was very nice and helpful.

Paolas house is a fantastic place to spend a few days or weeks in the Italian country side. It was situated in a beautiful part of the countryside with forests and hills all around and the house itself contained all the amenities required to make our stay comfortable. Not too far to drive into the nearest town which had access to supermarkets, banks, bars and a good pizza restaurant. It was a great base to explore the surrounding Mountains. Highly recommend it to those wanting to get away from it all.

This was an excellent stay. Sally was very helpful and the apartment first class. This is a truly beautiful setting. We will be back!

We stay three nights at Sally Reynolds apartment, it was not enough time there. It was comfortable and charming. The views are great. We didn't get to meet Sally, maybe next time. Ronnie and Susan Steed

Nous avons été très bien reçu par Sally, l'appartement est impeccable et bien équipé! Son emplacement est a environ 35 minutes de Rome, la vue du balcon est magnifique. Tranquillité garantie. L'appartement comprend plusieurs livres et cartes a titre de référence. La station de train pour aller a Rome est a environ 15 minutes de l'appartement.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Sally’s Casa Fagiolina! The house is very beautiful, well-kept and spotless. The view on the terrace is lovely and it’s even possible to use the garden, which includes a swing-bench and two hammocks. Inside all thinkable amenities are available. As a bonus there is even a bluetooth wireless speaker to enjoy music outside. Sally has a comprehensive guide to everything house-related available on arrival. There is even a section including walks you can do nearby and a suggestion for the perfect daytrip to Rome, all including photocopies of maps and public transport guides you can take along. Next-level hospitality! The village and its surrounging landscape are ok for a walk, but not the most impressive we’ve seen in Italy. We’d recommend to enjoy the house and take several daytrips to the gorgeous nearby Rome. Please note that from the house to central Rome it takes about 1,5 hours including a car to the station, 40 min train ride and a couple stops on the metro. The return trip, including unlimited public transport in Rome for the day is about 10 euro per person, so great value for money and no parking hassle. All in all, we’d very much recommend this wonderful place!!

Very exactly quiet and silence but in the morning birds singing around the house, In the afternoon the sun is in front of the balcony(unfortunatley for us it was a cloudy day so just a moment permitted at that times). Sally told me to go to the largest olive tree in Europa, so I've followed the sign but couldn't find so wait for the next time to go there, because the place gave me a very impressive memoria... The fireplace was perfect and the kitchen and WIFI was also perfect. Most of all sally was a womas with lot of smile, she gave us a happy virus...

Posizione splendida nel borgo antico di moricone, ma al tempi stesso vicino ai servizi del paese nuovo. Terrazzino con magnifica vista e sdraio a disposizione per godersi il sole. Appartamento anche internamente molto curato e completo di tutto. C'e' tutto anchs per la colazione comprese fragole di benvenuto!Gli Host sempre disponibili e puntuali. Insomma eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista

Lisa gave us a warm welcome and make us feel like home. She was really helpful and gave us some tips and help us out because we forgot it was sunday so ever shop was closed. The place is a kind of guesthouse by a villa with a private Terras and BBQ and a great view over the mountains. The house has a smart interior. so you got everything you need with a oke sleepingcouch. The swimming pool is amazing, with the best views over the valley. The little suprise ( 4 kittens) make our stay the greatest. We would definitely come back if we are around!

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour chez Lisa et sa maman qui nous ont donné pleins de bonnes adresses dans la vallée de Farfa. C est un région vraiment très jolie. Le logement est très bien, avec sa terrasse privative et un BBQ. De la piscine une vue magnifique sur les montagnes.
