Ubytování odpovídá popisu, příjemně překvapila nabídka kávy a čajů v kuchyni. Zuzana s Jakubem jsou milí hostitelé. Až znova pojedeme do Olomouce, rádi se u nich zase ubytujeme.

Úžasné ubytování v centru Olomouce.

Skvele ubytovani par kroku od uplneho centra Olomouce. Pobliz jsou dobre restaurace, kavarny, cukrarny, Billa. Byt byl svetly, cisty, dostatecne prostorny i pro 4 lidi, nic mu nechybelo. Jedna malickost - byt je na 4. patre v dome bez vytahu, ale nam nevadilo protahnout si nohy. Hostitele jsou mladi a velmi mili lide. My jsme si nas pobyt moc uzili.

Byt byl moc krasny, hostitele prijemni, vsechno na jednicku. Moc dekujeme!

Die Unterkunft, war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation hat sehr gut funktioniert. Der Fußweg vom Bahnhof dauert ca. 30 Minuten. Marie ist eine sehr höfliche Gastgeberin. :)

I came to Olomouc to attend a conference and spend two nights at Standa's place. The place is clean and tidy, however there is no real bed available (as described in the listing), instead there is a pull-out sofa.

JUST OUTSTANDING! cant think about better hospitality, the room is equipped with just about any thing that a guest might need,the wellcoming environment at the house, the location which is close to the central station and 10 min walk from the central old city..and every other thing that is just couple of blocks away, makes everything incrediblely easy for people out of town..THE HOST Stanislav,just an easy going ,super freindly person with an open mind .. there at any time,for any help..,couldnt wish for more ! recommended.

Stanislav is very cheerful person, he welcomed us hospitably despite quite a late hour of our arrival. His flat is spacious and well equipped, you'll find there everything you may need during your stay. We also checked pub-restaurant M3 which Stanislav advised and it was definitely a good choice. Probably Evžen's appartment is in the top of the lodgement places in Olomouc: it's a functional, comfortable, and on shape place. It's in a quiet location, just by the old town, and very usefull if you are coming by car too! I'd repeat next time in the city. Cheers!

We came from the mail railway station. We walked to the flat because the trams to the center are under construction. Evžen met us at flat right when we got there and was very nice. He let us in the flat and showed us around. The flat was really clean and looked exactly how it looked like in the pictures. The best part: the bed! It was super comfy. We loved our stay here and would definitely book it again next time we visit Olomouc.

A very nice apartment and a short walk into town. Safe and secure parking in an enclosed, locked courtyard was provided. I should have used it because in the very nice parking lot outside the apartment, someone did try to open the doors of the car with a screw driver or some such tool - but failed just leaving scratches only - probably with the rental car Hertz on the back window provided an incentive for this. Evzen was a great host and was very informative about the city and easy to talk with.

Evžen was a great host. Very good communication and the flat was perfect - close to Centrum and the park. We appreciated all the little details like the snacks that were waiting at our arrival. We would highly recommend this flat.

Evžen was super accommodating and went above and beyond for us! The apartment is bright and clean, and the balconies are a nice place to hang out when the weather is good. The neighborhood is very quiet and the surrounding blocks are very beautiful - it's still close to the city center though! There was also some food/snacks for us in the kitchen, and beer in the fridge. :) We were able to even walk to the main train station with our multiple bags and luggages without much issue. Definitely recommend this apartment if you're looking for a nice place to stay in Olomouc!

We came to Olomouc to visit the cultural sites, see an opera, and do some bicycling to nearby towns on the region's excellent network of bike paths and cycle routes. For all those activities, the unit was excellent. It's just a stone's throw from one of the town's main bike trails and walking distance to the main square, opera hall, etc. Situated on Olomouc's green necklace, my wife and I also enjoyed taking walks in the park and nearby botanical gardens and sampling some of the town's fanatstic coffee houses. There's a lot to love about Olomouc, one of Europe's hidden gems. As for the unit itself, it offered everything we needed. In Czech fashion, we typically ate lunch out at restaurants and had breakfasts and very simple dinners in the unit. Evžen was a welcoming host. Because the tram from the train station was under repair, he picked us up at the station. He also allowed us to store our rental bikes in a basement storage area. All in all, we had a superb time in Olomouc and would happily visit again.

Ich hatte einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Zusana und Jakub. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Außerdem super zentral gelegen. Zusana und Jakub sind super nett und haben mir sehr viele Tipps gegeben zur Besichtigung von Olomouc, Essen gehen, Geschichte der Stadt. Ihr Hund Bowie ist ein sehr gastfreundlicher Hund, selbst für Menschen, die etwas Angst vor Hunden haben top geeignet. Die Verständigung hat sehr gut mit Englisch funktioniert. Zusana und Jakub wollten mich auch abends mit auf ein Konzert einer befreundeten Band mitnehmen. Leider konnte ich das nicht wahrnehmen, da ich mich schlapp und krank gefühlt haben. Gesamterlebnis: 5 Sterne. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Eine superschöne Altstadtwohnung über den Dächern der Zentralen Altstadt mit einem bemerkenswertem Ausblick. Allein das genügt, wären da nicht noch die netten Gastgeber, welche uns herzlich und ein wenig geduldig erwarteten. Wir waren und sind begeistert. LG, Tanja, Picollo & Marko

Jakub a Zuzka byli skvělí hostitelé. Pokoj je 3 minuty pěšky od hlavních památek. Dostala jsem mapu s podrobným vysvětlením co a jak. Večer s jejich kamarády byl taky skvělý :) Diky moc a budu se těšit třeba někdy příště :)

The flat was a nice place, quiet, with a pretty view. There are 62 steps to get to it, though, so be prepared. Marie is a great host, very helpful.

The apartment is in the center of the city but there is parking space if you arrive by car. So it is a great combination. The apartment is on the third floor, so you have to climb the stairs the view is nice from the balcony. Marie was a very nice host. I would recommend the place to everyone visiting Olomouc.

What you see is what you get! There are no surprises, no trick photography. Marie herself told us it was not 'luxury' but it was absolutely fine for 3-4 night stay. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well priced. Great location too!

Если собираетесь останавливаться с детьми, имейте ввиду, что последний пролёт лестницы крутой, в остальном с детьми там комфортно, хорошо что нет мелких деталей на уровне куда может достать ребёнок... Единственное, что удивило, это отсутствие двери в туалет...

Great place to stay in Olomouc, only 10 minutes walk away from the very centre of the city but outside the back window is the countryside with in-line skating routes nearby. Very quite neighbourhood but a couple of bars on the street and small shops too. I though it was great! The apartment is very clean, spacious and the hosts extremely helpful. Great all round!

Zuzana's and Evžen's flat is a great place to stay, the apartment is spacious and on a great location: a beautiful view on one of the two main squares of Olomouc, and city centre, restaurants and bars only a couple of steps away. Two large supermarkets are in less than 10 minutes walking distance. I have to mention the hospitality of Zuzana and Evžen: they offered to fetch me from the train station (which they did) and gave detailed advice on moving around in town -- many thanks for this, you two!! Everything was as described, this place is 100% recommended!

Komunikace s Jiřím byla bez problému, snadno jsme se domluvili na příjezdu i odjezdu, vyšel nám vstříc. Byl je v blízkosti centra města, je základně vybavený. Internet, teplá voda i topení fungují dobře. Byt je v tiché lokalitě. Ubytování v tomto bytě doporučuji.

Jiří is a reliable host, he was flexible with our arrival and departure. The apartment is equipped with everything one needs for a one week stay. The location is perfect for visiting the city being close to the main motorway connections, local railway station, public transport, just 10 min walk to the very city center. Olomouc has many beautiful green parks, the apartment is at one of them. We stayed there three persons and we were very satisfied with the place.

Jiří's place is an awesome business trip place or a vacation apartment for couples. I stayed for several nights, it is very close to the city center, everything important and fun is within walking distance. I am definitely staying at the same spot if there is the option next time!

Cozy spaceful clean flat, near the city center (3 min), near beautiful park for chillin (1 min), near bus stop (1 min). Possible to park your car next to the flat (in weekend parking is free; trought the week is not the problem find free parking place not so far from the flat (we found place 10 min from flat). If you will come to Olomouc by train or bus is very easy get to flat by city bus. Very good communication with Jakub. I can reccommend this place.

Bytecek je uplne skvely! Hezky zarizeny a hlavne naprosto SUPER cisty :-) Je kousek od namesti, takze jste opravdu v centru a vsude se da dojit pesky. Neni vubec problem ze je byt ve 4. patre. Jedina poznamka - za oknem na strese sedelo par holubu - po ranu byli trochu slyset, ale nebylo to nic hrozneho - spise nam to prislo vtipne :-) Slecna, ktera nam predala byt, byla hrozne moc mila a navic nam pomohla se zorientovat v mape a dala nam nejake tipy na restaurace a vecerni posezeni. Byli jsme velmi spokojeni a vsem vrele doporucujeme :-)

Byt má perfektní umístění - nachází se v centru Olomouce. Byt byl čistý, vše co jsme k našemu pobytu potřebovali, jsme v bytě našli. S ubytováním jsme byli maximálně spokojeni a všem ho doporučujeme. Také děkujeme za milé přivítání i přes naše zpoždění způsobené zácpou na dálnici.

Ubytovali jsme se na 1 den během festivalu v Šumperku, bezproblémová domluva, dům je snadné najít. Ubytování odpovídá ceně, na přespání ideální, k dispozici je kuchyň, dostali jsme k snídani ovoce, to hodně potěšilo.Hostitel byl maximálně k dispozici, doporučil nám i okolní taxislužbu a poradil se vším, co jsme potřebovali. Určitě doporučuji.

Poprvé jsem využila služeb airbnb a byla jsem příjemně překvapená. Domluva s majiteli skvělá a velice vstřícná, je to mladý, přátelský pár. Ubytování krásné, vkusné, čisté, prostorná terasa do upravené zahrady. Majitelé se mi věnovali a doporučili mi, kam v Olomouci zajít jak za kulturou, tak i za zábavou. Takže první zkušenost dopadla na výbornou, za mě mohu bez váhání stoprocentně doporučit!!!

The apartment is located in a quiet area, within easy walking distance from the center of Olomouc (10 min). It is also close to a bus station (Finanční úřad), which may be handy if it is raining. If it is your first time in Olomouc and you need to come to the apartment from the central station, you can find a (small) map of the bus and tram network next to the DPMO counter, in the entrance of the railway station. Be also aware that there are significant roadworks near Náměstí Republiky, so there is neither tram nor bus traffic there. The apartment itself is composed of spacious rooms. It is well furnished, clean and tidy. There are a nice terrace and a nice garden as well. The sofa was comfortable enough for sleeping. The hosts provide also some sweetmeats, tee, coffee and muesli. Speaking of the hosts, Martina and Jaroslav were among the very best hosts I ever met on Airbnb. They were very friendly, helpful, and concerned about making our stay great. The day we arrived, we waited for a few minutes under an heavy rain because we did not know they were waiting us to text or call them... they were so sorry about it that they offered us two delicious cakes the next day! In addition, they transferred us back by car to the railway station for free. Everything was really a good surprise! Despite the poor weather, we had a great stay in Olomouc thanks to Martina and Jaroslav and can totally recommend them!

Jednoduchý podkrovní byt super lokaci.

The bed linens were absolutely filthy when we arrived. In 25-30 Airbnb experiences, this has never happened before. Clean sheets are absolutely bare minimum. Location was central to the main square.

The apartment was exactly as described, very clean and nicely furnished. The neighborhood is quiet and full of green fields. The host prepared a breakfast, snacks and clean water for the three of us and told us many tips and other valuable information about the city and it's surrounding areas; she was very flexible with our check-in and check-out. We rate 5/5, best apartment in Olomouc!

The flat was clean, nice, near town centre in quiet location of Olomouc. For us were this location great because we had a little child with us. Barbora’s flat is a nice and clean apartment in a calm neighbourhood. It is a bit far from the town centre but the bus stops <50 meters from the house. Certainly would book this apartment again.
