You will be trained personally by me, the real Muaythai fighter, instructor who takes Muaythai as a profession for over two decades. I will personally be teaching you, with all my passion, with everything I have, Muaythai as a self defense, the sport and the art. You will start with the warm up, the basics of striking and defensing and practice with the targets ( I believe practicing with target pad is the first start before playing with the bags.) So I will give you my time and my knowledge. You will then build up your skills with time and practice. Pick up times 7:30-8:00 am for your fun day Racha Island Tour with transfers by minibus to Chalong pier.A light buffet style breakfast on board while cruising to Racha Yai for your first stop at around 10:15 am. It all starts when our professional guide picks you up along with others adventurists early in the morning. Upon arriving at the pier you will be served fresh coffee and traditional Thai snacks. Your personal guide will prepare your kayak and safety equipment for you. Next you will be introduced and familiarized with your kayak, including some great paddling tips, introduction and explanation of the mangrove forest and route, and set out on one of the most amazing times to experience the mangroves. I will take you out on a long-tail boat and we'll sightsee and take in the Garos Mountain. Along the journey, we'll stop the boat to show you how to catch crab the local way. This includes dropping a tool into the sea and pulling it back up after we finish our program. If we get a crab, I'll cook it for your lunch when we get back to the pier. Our first point of interest will be the local symbol—Ghost Face Mountain. After that, we will take a kayak and go into a long lagoon to see the abundant mangrove forest surrounded by mountains. After kayaking, we will walk up a few stairs to a cave where you will see a good view of the Garos Mountain. We'll take a long-tail boat for 15 minutes back to the pier and then we will have lunch at a small cottage. I'll serve you a local dish (halal food) from the southern parts. After lunch, we'll visit a mixed agricultural farm and discuss its sustainable economic lifestyle. We'll move on to a bee farm to learn about beekeeping, learn how to cut rubber trees, feed the leaves to the goats, and make a souvenir out of honey soap. Marvel at the stunning limestone cliffs, crystal-clear waters, and lush greenery of these beautiful sites. Our first stop is the stunning Emerald Pool. This mineral pool is the perfect place to beat the mid-morning heat. Swim in the clear blue green waters and take photos of the picturesque surroundings. The Blue Lagoon is another gorgeous gem in the area surrounded by large, overhanging trees with roots that extend across the water. Spend some time here for photos and simply take a moment to appreciate the natural beauty. After enjoying lunch at a local restaurant, we’ll head to the Hot Springs Waterfall. With waters reaching up to 42°C from underground volcanic chambers, it is said to be therapeutic and soothing – quite like an all-natural jacuzzi! Our last stop for the day is the majestic Tiger Cave Temple, called Wat Tham Seua by the locals, While the walk to the mountaintop temple may be a bit strenuous (expect a lot of stairs), the view once we reach the top is worth it. Take in the gleaming Buddha statue and see the tiger prints at the cave (hence the temple’s name). Fancy a day trip out on the azure waters of Coral Island swimming with the colorful fishes? We’ve got just the thing for you with our full day snorkeling tour by long tail boat! Just a quick boat ride from Phuket, Coral Island or Ko He (as it is called by the locals) is a gorgeous strip of sand and sea with many water activities to enjoy. To maximize our day out in the sun, we’ll pick you up bright and early in the morning before heading to Rawai Beach. From there, we’ll board one of the famous Thai longtail boats and enjoy a leisurely 20 minute boat ride to the famous Coral Island. Once we reach the island, we’ll explore Banana Beach, wander along the alabaster-colored sands, and even take a dip in the refreshing waters before gathering to eat a delicious local lunch. After lunch, we’ll jump on board the boat and head to our first snorkeling spot, where we’ll hopefully get to see the titular black and orange clownfish. After that, our guide will direct us to two more amazing snorkeling/swimming spots, where we’ll get to wade around, enjoy the cool waters, and even catch glimpses of some local marine life. We’ll head back to Rawai beach after our third snorkeling spot, and drop you off safe and sound at your accommodations at the end of our full day adventure.

Local Market- An Introduction to Thai Ingredients At the market, you first decide what you would like to cook. If you do not know already, you can choose from the menu of 38 different dishes or ask our chef for help and advice. There is always a dish for each cook in the class, plus a few extras thrown in. Our Chef can offer her experience to help decide which dishes will compliment each other and the group decides the final menu for the day and the shopping list is then set. Our Chef will explain more about the ingredients as you explore the market. There’s plenty of opportunity to ask questions, to smell the fresh Thai herbs, to see how fresh coconut milk is made and choose the best, select items for the shopping basket. This takes around 45 minutes, then it’s time to head to the kitchen. Food Preparation and the Art of Thai Cooking Once back from the market, there will be time for refreshments whilst the ingredients are washed. Under the watchful eye of our Chef, everyone will be designated tasks and begin to prepare the ingredients. You will learn how to peel, chop and slice everything the Thai way. One of the highlights is certainly learning how to roll your own Thai spring rolls. When everything is ready, it’s time to head over to the kitchen, where the gas hobs ready for cooking. Embark on a small group boat tour from Phuket and discover the iconic James Bond Island. During this tour you'll visit the Emerald Pool and Blue Lagoon, the Hot Springs and the Tiger Cave Temple. The Emerald Pool, also called ‘Sa Morakot’ is a unique natural pond with a visually limpid blue color and wonderfully warm waters, making it a stunning spot for swimming. Nearby the Emerald Pool you'll find the Blue Lagoon, a beautiful pool with deep aquamarine-blue water. Don’t be tempted to take a dip in the blue water, because unlike in the Emerald Pool you can’t swim here! Namtok Ron is located in a shady green forest area with numerous hot springs. The hot springs and cool streams converge on a slope to form lovely cascades of warm water. The water comes from volcanic chambers deep underground. Of course you’ll have time to relax in one of the many natural hollows in the creek. Set in a beautiful forest, Wat Tham Suea (Tiger Cave Temple) is one of the highlights in Krabi, for in addition to being a place of worship it is a famous meditation centre, and acts as a retreat for Buddhist monks and nuns. You need to climb 1260 stairs to the top, so a degree of physical fitness is required. Once you make it to the top, you are rewarded with stunning views of the surrounding countryside with all the limestone cliffs and beautiful lush rain forest. If you think the climb to the top might be too tough for you, you can also visit the temple on ground level.
