La prenotazione che ho fatto per l'appartamento di Barbara è stata la mia prima esperienza con AirBnB, ed è stato eccellente. Appartamento di Barbara è un gioiello in una delle belle città castelli intorno a Roma, e la vista dal giardino è mozzafiato. Anche se l'appartamento è abbastanza compatto, ci si sente spaziosa dentro, e Barbara ha fornito tutto ciò che potrebbe essere necessario per un soggiorno molto confortevole. Barbara è un padrone di casa molto gentile e mi ha fatto sentire i benvenuti!

Given that this was an extension to my previous stay, I should do something I haven't done for a while and provide a review in hastily translated Italian. As always, this has been an excellent stay, and I feel sorry to be returning to the UK. A presto, Barbara! Ancora una volta, mi sono divertito un incantevole soggiorno a casa di Barbara. My stay here has been excellent once again - and this time I've found out that getting around and about during the day is very easy thanks to the apartment's great location. Not too far from Rome (and the new Metro Line C) and also pretty close to the spur of the A1 motorway that joins Florence and Naples. Barbara (my host) has been very kind and accommodating during my lengthy stay!

Being the second extension to my stay in Barbara's apartment in Monte Compatri, so I should write my review in English on this occasion. Barbara's apartment is situated in the heart of the historic centre of Monte Compatri and is a very pleasant place in which to relax or use as a base for exploring the surrounding cities and countryside of Lazio. Rome is about half an hour away by car and can be seen clearly from the garden, which offers a spectacular view of the city - particularly at night. Although compact, the apartment is a well-equipped and comfortable space, a modern but sympathetic conversion of part of an historic building. Barbara is a very kind and attentive host, and has made me feel most welcome during my entire stay here, despite it being longer than we both imagined at first. I would without hesitation recommend Barbara's apartment as a great place to stay, and I could not have asked for a better host for my time here. The lively town of Monte Compatri is a great place to stay, and although it's possible to walk through the historic centre in a short time, there's plenty to see and a wide variety of bars, restaurants and boutique shops that cater for all tastes. Monte Compatri is host to several events and festivals throughout the year, so there's often something interesting to do or see within a stone's throw of the apartment. The most unusual feature of the town is the scenic elevator that connects the (often full) main car park to the higher part of the historic centre of the town - it offers a remarkable view of the surrounding area on the way up (or down) but whether it's working from one day to the next is a matter of pot luck!

Once again, I've enjoyed a lovely stay in Barbara's apartment. It has been a wonderful place to stay both while I've been working (an easy 10 minute commute to the office in Frascati) and a great base to explore Lazio, Abruzzo and even further afield, now that my work is over. As always, Barbara has made me feel very welcome while I've been here.

Una casa bellissima e una stanza veramente comoda, con tutti i comfort necessari. Laura una persona molto gentile e disponibile.

Ho soggiornato per 3 giorni e devo dire che mi son sentito come a casa. La casa dal suo stile rustico ti dà un senso di grande comodità. Laura è una grandissima e simpaticissima persona, un'ottima conversatrice e spero di poter ritornare il prima possibile.

Laura è una persona molto gentile e disponibile. Mi ha accolto senza alcun problema oltre l'orario previsto per il check-in. Mi ha preparato la cena e abbiamo scambiato due chiacchiere. È stato un soggiorno molto piacevole e lo consiglio anche a chi si trova in quella zona per motivi di lavoro.

Stanza comodissima in appartamento rifinito e pulitissimo. Laura è una ottima padrona di casa, pronta a risolvere qualsiasi difficoltà, oltre ad essere una intelligente conversatrice.

So perfect! Claudia is a very good person to meet and talk. It was pleasure to stay in her beautiful house with a lovely atmosphere! She was very hepfull and the place is very charming. We loved to discover Rocca di Papa and gone few days to visit Roma! Thanks a lot, it will be a real pleasure to see you again, perhaps in St Petersburg in 2017!!!

Our stay in Italy was amazing, and it was made even better by Claudia and her apartment! It's in a seriously beautiful location overlooking all of Rome. It's a little farther away from central Rome than we expected, but it was definitely worth it. Claudia was much more generous than she needed to be. She picked us up and dropped us off (at 3am) at the airport like she promised, and even drove us into the city as it worked with her schedule. We did have a problem with the wifi being totally out, but Claudia said that it was due to one of the large earthquakes that had recently happened. It is a beautiful apartment, and I absolutely recommend it.

Claudia è una persona molta simpatica, Che si preoccupa del benessere di sue occupanti. La casa è tipo un chalet molto carino e caloroso, molto calmo. Rocca di Papa è una località molto carina vicino a un bellissimo lago... è il posto ideale per approfittare della regione e stare tranquillo. Il divano-letto é stato comodo. Un secondo divano-letto per una persona e stato utile per una terza persona. siamo stati molto bene.

Posto immerso nel verde e lontano dal caos nelle Alture di Roma ho trascorso due giornate piacevoli di relax :)))

Bellissimo appartamentino in villa, immerso nel verde e nella tranquillità. Le foto pubblicate non rendono, dal vivo è molto più carino. Dotato di tutti i comfort. Perfetto per un soggiorno di pace e relax ma comunque abbastanza vicino a Roma. Claudia è stata perfetta in tutto. Lo consiglio assolutamente.

Tutto si è svolto piacevolmente, si vede che la casa è amata, massima disponibilità sugli orari di arrivo e partenza, ed infine Claudia ci ha suggerito un ottimo ristorante.

Claudia was very helpful. I have been to alot of Airbnb on my trip in Italy and this house was more than we expectated for the price. We decided to stay one day longer we liked it so much! Claudia even left us some food and Coffee for the morning breakfeast. There is a tv than you can choose movies to watch also.I definitly recommend this place. The only downside our phone didnt work for the Wi-Fi signal...

Ho soggiornato da Claudia con mio marito e le mie due bimbe di 6 e 1 anno (io e le bimbe nel divano letto matrimoniale, mio marito nel divano letto singolo). Tutto è andato alla grande! Il monolocale è situato in posizione strategica per visitare i principali borghi dei Castelli e il panorama è mozzafiato! Grande giardino che non abbiamo sfruttato per il poco tempo a disposizione. Claudia è stata un host preciso e molto disponibile! Consigliatissimo!
