Oh goodness, what a terrific surprise! We love the whole experience: Kathee is sweet, attentive and a special human being. She and her husband have a wonderful and inviting property.the dogs are fun, enjoyed the sheep and the cats. The fresh produce, the apartment, the linen: more than expected.

Beautiful view and quiet place. If you are not a dog lover this may not be the place for you as they are sweet and greet you with a lot of exuberance. When arriving I felt as though I was trespassing on someone's property until I got in and saw the place tucked up above a garage. It's not visible from the driveway until you park and walk over to it.

The apartment on Kathee and Dave's farm is a great place to have a relaxing stay in a beautiful locale. I've never seen a farm surrounded by mountains. It was gorgeous. Kathee and Dave were both very friendly and welcoming, and the apartment was comfortable and tidy. Highly recommended!

Perfect for a weekend get away. Location is convenient whether your activities revolve around the university or you plan on spending a lot of time exploring The Rattlesnake Wilderness Area. Jeff war sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sehr schön - sehr geräumig, sauber, schöne, große Küche. Ich habe nicht mit dem TV oder Wi-Fi, aber beide zur Verfügung standen. Die Lage / Umgebung waren die besten - direkt am nördlichen Ende von einem großen Stadtpark mit vielen Wanderwegen durch Rattlesnake Creek und nur wenige Gehminuten von der Innenstadt (wenn Sie eine Gehhilfe bist).

Alles hat prima geklappt. Wir waren komfortabel in der Wohnung. Es war nicht billig, aber nichts in Missoula scheint billig sein. Der einzige Vorschlag würde der Kamin für Wärme sein. Es war laut, da sie ein- und ausgeschaltet, während der Nacht, aber nach der ersten Nacht, die wir daran gewöhnt. Die Lage war gut für unsere Zwecke und wir hatten keine Probleme kommen und gehen, wie wir brauchten.

Alles war sauber und wie beschrieben, vor allem den Titel - wir kamen in der Nacht und nach der Fahrt von der Innenstadt für ein paar Minuten, es sofort schien, wie wir in der Mitte von Nirgendwo waren. Wirklich toller Ort.

Das Angebot war gerade, wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist perfekt, ruhig und friedlich, aber eine kurze Autofahrt oder mit dem Fahrrad / zu Fuß auf einem schönen Wanderweg zu vielen Annehmlichkeiten. Wunderbare Wasserloch in der Nähe für die heißen Sommernächte. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und komfortabel. Jeff war sehr sympathisch und beantwortete alle Fragen in einer fristgerechten Weise. Würde auf jeden Fall hier bleiben in der Zukunft.

Listing war präzise und Jeff Blätter detaillierte schriftliche Anweisungen für alles zu Hause zusammen. Er gab uns auch tolle Empfehlungen für Wanderungen, Fahrräder und off-the-Karte Flecken auf dem Weg aus der Stadt zu besuchen. Jeff ist ein großer Outdoor-rec. Inanspruchnahme und kümmert sich wirklich um eine gute Informationen für seine Gäste.

We -- a retired couple -- loved our stay at this five-star airbnb place. It is a mother-in-law apartment on the ground level (no stairs to climb) of a two-level stuccoed house in a tidy small neighborhood up a cul de sac about a mile from the university and the heart of downtown. When one steps outside and walks a few paces, one hears rushing water -- a creek that runs through a nearby somewhat primitive park (see host's picture). Deer come to within 50 feet of the door. The unit is carpeted, decorated in earth tones, with a good amount of light from one big window and one small window (venetian blinds in good working condition). The unit's bed/sitting/dining room comprises roughly 270 square feet (meaning it is generous sized), with an 8 foot ceiling. Above average furnishings (firm queen bed, low three-drawer dresser, loveseat, dining table and two chairs, good bedside lamps, one night table [a stool that can double as a dining room chair], nice pictures, flat screen TV [cable]). Fireplace with gas log. Smoke alarm. Clock radio by one side of bed. Good bathroom, with a large shower that is easy to step into. Closet with plenty of hangers. Excellent small kitchen with electric stove/oven, microwave, coffeemaker, refrigerator (ice trays). Good plates, bowls, glasses, cups, tableware.Excellent implements (e.g., can opener, garlic press, corkscrew, spatulas, chef's knife). Pots and pans limited but adequate. The considerate, friendly host, who was away the evening we arrived, left notes telling us, for example, the password to the house's wireless LAN (signal strength "Fair"; worked fine) and the combination to the lock that secured the bikes. Host left raspberries (picked in the backyard) for us on the dining table, and an adjustable wrench for the bike seats, as well as a great collection of relevant maps and brochures.

The space was beautifully restored and a perfect spot for family visiting from out-of-town.

The building was such a beautiful, comfortable and fun historic place to stay in Missoula. Mark was a great host--very helpful and accommodating for our large group. He also gave great suggestions for things to do with our limited amount of non-business travel time in the area. We'd happily stay again. Thanks, Mark!

This was one of the neatest places we have ever stayed in. So much history and the space is HUGE. The home is beautifully restored, and a great location close to downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

Mark's place is a true reflection of the spirit of Montana, specifically the town of Missoula with it's unique combination of historic charm and world culture decor. It is a lovely brick structure located along the railroad tracks just a few blocks from the downtown area, surrounded by other similar buildings of late 1800, early 1900 period construction which created a community to serve the railroad as housing, offices, hotels, bars and shops. This large apartment was once a brothel and hotel above a saloon, later shop, constructed with a long flight of indoor stairs to a center hallway with rooms off either side. Mark has done a beautiful job of retaining the original design while integrating the concept of a single family dwelling. The wood work is beautiful, transom windows accentuate the high ceilings above antique wooden doors and windows as interior features. The exterior windows are all original, double-hung, those in the front of the building, cathedral-style making the kitchen and front dining room light-filled cosy spaces. The floors are the original wide-plank boards, refinished to shine and adorned with wool area rugs. He has furnished the apartment primarily with antiques, decorating with a collection Far East and modern local art. The kitchen has a wonderful gas range and also standard modern appliances. Two large bathrooms, both with tubs and showers are at either end of the building. The beds, again antiques, were comfortable. A central heat system combined with small electric fireplace units kept us feeling cosy and warm despite temperatures that ranged below 0. We also appreciated the two new flatscreen televisions. A one-word description of the entire feel of the apartment is eclectic. It's history so very present, the care shown by Mark in it's restoration with attention to warm colors and revival of the extensive woodwork combined with the effort to create a family living space has resulted in a spacious yet cosy unique accommodation. Mark was an attentive host, responding immediately and making efforts to preempt any need, including half and half for morning coffee, as we had arrived late! I would recommend this stay to anyone wanting to experience a piece of Montana history in modern comfort.

Angela's place was easy to find, and close to everything. There's a great coffee shop nearby (about a 10 minute walk). The apartment was clean and as described. I highly recommend it!

The Northsider is a charming little place, in a fascinating neighborhood, a manageable walk from the downtown strip of Missoula. The house is clean, and someone is a whiz with color, as the bathroom, while simple, is a study in how a pop of unexpected color can elevate a room! Joanna provided all the things necessary for a comfortable stay.

Small, but functional for our overnight stay. As stated the outside of the house was a little run down, but the inside was fine. Joanna was very helpful, gave us directions to a great swimming hole to cool off after being in the car all day and some great options for dinner. Don't think I could have stayed longer than one night, too small.

The Northsider was easy to find and Joanna left the lights on for us, which was very helpful since we were late getting in. The studio was warm and welcoming - we had a great stay in Missoula.

Regina's apartment was comfortable, convenient and well appointed. It was the cornerstone of our wonderful time in Missoula! We walked to dinner downtown all three nights of our stay, went for a great hike to the "L" from her front door. Enjoyed looking out on her cozy back yard and the nightly good rests in her quiet neighborhood. She left an abundance of local information on restaurants and things to do in and around Missoula. I recommend her Lower Rattlesnake abode highly and we would definitely stay at Regina's again!

Regina left some fresh flowers on the table when we arrived, which made us feel very comfortable and welcome. Everything was in place, from soap, to kitchen utensils, paper towels, etc. The place was very clean, so we were able to settle in shortly after arrival. Regina made sure that we had everything we needed and always responded promptly to my inquiries. The neighbourhood is good, a grocery store and other amenities are within walking distance. Downtown is also just right around the corner. We loved our stay and would definitely return in the future.

The space has everything you need, and the hosts were very nice. They went out of their way to watch our dog while we went to lunch before departing. He played in the yard with their two dogs. It was great for him to get the playtime before we hit the road again!

This was a perfect experience! Gina was very informative leading up to my arrival and was very welcoming when I arrived. She had lots of helpful hints during my stay, including the gem of a park a very short walk away! I could not have been more pleased with the room or my host. She dBm allowed me to use the grill one evening and had a great meal outside in the back yard. Hope I get to go back!

I loved staying at Regina's place! I was in trouble at the time, with the Missoula marathon taking place, all hotels were completely booked out. So I had to last minute find a place to stay for one night. Regina replied within the hour! She was super flexible too for when i was going to check in that day, as I didn't know myself. The studio is super cute: you have your own little stove, fridge, high table with two cute chairs, super comfy bed and Regina has decorated the whole place with pretty flowers and gave the whole studio a very homey feeling. The studio was very clean, cool, and the area is very calm and safe. You get a tiny porch and piece of the garden, where i could sit out in the morning to have my oatmeal while watching the sun go up :). Regina had great recommendations on what to do in the area, and food-wise, she knows where to send you! She was also very kind in lending me a bike to get around, and drop me off for hikes or to the airport. I would highly recommend staying at Regina's if you're in Missoula. Fantastic host! Also, if you're into hiking, Regina's place is a 4 mile run to start of an awesome long trail (Rattlesnake canyon trail), and a 15 min walk to the city center (or 2min bike ride!). I really enjoyed my stay, it was too short!

Caryn and her husband were both very friendly and made me feel welcome. The apartment is attached to their home, but I could hear no noise through the common wall. The kitchen in the apartment was very well stocked with everything I needed for cooking. She even had spices in the cabinet. The place was very clean and as described. It's located in a great residential neighborhood and was easy to walk to the river trail. There was also a small grocery store 1 block away that had everything you would need at very reasonable prices. I hardly even used my rental car while I was in town. I would definitely stay here again if coming to Missoula.

My husband and I have nothing but good things to say about our stay at Caryn's apartment. It was very comfortable, clean and well equipped for those planning on preparing their own meals. The bed was very comfortable. It is a very easy walking distance from downtown Missoula and many fine restaurants. It is also very close to walking/bicycling paths. Caryn and her husband were very easy to visit with. We are looking forward to staying again in the future.

I stayed here with my best friend for a weekend and it was perfect! The location was great as we spent most of the time walking around and exploring the neighbourhood. The space was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed for three nights while visiting Missoula. This was our first airbnb experience and it was great. Caryn was very responsive to any questions we had and very friendly. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. It is in a great location with a grocery store just a block away. it is a short distance from the River Walk Trail, "M" trail and there are many restaurants and shops in the area. I really liked that there is a washer and dryer at the location so I could do laundry part way through our two week vacation. Laundry detergent was included so I did not have to pack my own. Also note that the queen size bed is very comfortable after a long day of seeing the sites. Internet worked awesome too. My husband and I were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely stay at this location again.

Caryn greeted us when we arrived and took the time to walk us through the apartment providing helpful information and answering any questions we had. Her restaurant recommendations proved to be exceptional. This apartment is amazing! Tastefully decorated, comfortable, spotless, and the kitchen was well equipped. My husband and I enjoyed sitting out in the backyard. Lastly, the location couldn't be better; it's within walking distance to downtown.

My brother and I had an amazing time in Missoula. Mostly due to the fact that location of this house is basically all you can ask for. This very quaint, well kept apartment has all the amenities you need.

Wonderful, cozy apartment in a fabulous location. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! It was very clean and more spacious than we anticipated. The walkability was very important to us, so that was great too. The beautiful windows with a view of the mountains were an added bonus. Everything went smoothly with check in and check out.

The HUGE apartment has big windows that give classic views of the area. The way the apartment is decorated, the amenities (can't live without wi-fi and HD TVs anymore), the quality bed, the complete large kitchen (and an amazing skylight) is perfect! The convenience of the bakery with superb coffee just down stairs is a big bonus. The apartment is close to everything Missoula. Christine's place has set an extremely high bar for lodgings. I highly recommend her place to anyone traveling to the Missoula area!

Russ's place was perfect. You have everything you would need, plus it is in a great location! You step out right into the river walk. The backyard is big and relaxing. His pups came out to greet and they were super sweet with us and my dogs. I would definitely stay here again!

Russ was a fantastic host. He made our relatively lengthy stay perfectly comfortable and was always prompt and enthusiastic when we needed anything. The apartment is clean and beautifully decorated, cozy but feeling quite large due to the clever use of space. The location is one of the best in Missoula, with convenient walking access to the university, the downtown and best of all the river trail! I can't say enough great things about this lovely home and host, and of course the warm company of his lovely dog, Gypsy!

Perfect location. Close to walking trails and downtown restaurants. Nice accommodations including washer and dryer and full kitchen. Very comfy bed. Russ was very kind and helpful. His furry companion Gypsy Dog was an added bonus. Highly recommended this wonderful place.

Russ' place was cute & quaint with all the amenities we needed. The space seemed newly remodeled & was very clean. Although we only saw him once briefly, Russ was very nice. Both of his doggies were adorable & a joy to play with. When we return to Missoula, we will definitely consider staying here again.

Russ was kind and welcoming (even though he was out of town during our brief stay) and his place was beautiful and very functional, with lots of "extras" that made us feel welcome (chilled pint glasses in the freezer? What!?).

Location was conviently located to walking trail that led to downtown area. Private backyard sitting area, fresh flowers in room upon arrival. Full kitchen and laundry facility was great. Sleeping area was separate from living area and that was appreciated.

The location, as promised, was perfect! We didn't have to drive anywhere the whole weekend. Russ left a list of suggested activities and a map outlining those activities--how nice! The apartment itself was clean, well-equip, charming. Although we didn't get a chance to use it, the backyard area was beautiful, too. We had a great stay.

Don't hesitate. It was a great place to stay. It is a small space that is very well designed and steps away from so many great places to explore in downtown Missoula. The oversized windows make it seem larger than it is, and you can't beat the views.

This is an awesome condo right in the heart of downtown! Ross was quick to respond to emails and very helpful at check-in. He was an all around great host. If we pass through Missoula in the future, we would certainly stay here again.

Ross's place is great! Perfect location and all around awesome place. Very clean, perfect for a weekend getaway! We didn't want to leave.

Our stay and the studio at the Wilma was wonderful. Ross met us at the predetermined time, showed us around and answered all of our questions. He followed that up with a text the next day. It was a great location on the Clark Fork River within walking distance to coffee, breakfast and dinner spots, as well as a hot yoga studio in downtown Missoula. It was clean and comfortable, well organized with ample towels, toiletries, and kitchen ware.

A great place to stay! Ross is very accommodating and makes the check in process very simple. You cannot ask for a better view of Missoula. And being downtown you are a short walk from just about everything you'd want to do in town. Will be returning again.

Diese Hütte war fantastisch! Sehr sauber, komfortabel und die Lage war großartig! Und auch wenn Tom war während unseres Aufenthaltes Reisen, war er noch immer sehr entgegenkommend und zuvorkommend! Ich werde auf jeden Fall diese Eigenschaft wieder buchen auf nächste Reise nach Missoula! Dank Tom!

Ich kann nicht sagen, genug über meinen Aufenthalt im Cabin in the City! Ich war so aufgeregt, als ich ankam, um zu sehen, wie schön es geschmückt war, so geschmackvoll, lässige Eleganz mit allem, was man braucht, Geschirr, auch die Seifen waren hohe Qualität und es gab Kaffee und sogar zwei Dosen Bier im Kühlschrank! Das Bett war sehr bequem, es gab Lesematerial, lokale Führer, ein großer Flachbild-TV, bequemen Möbeln. Der Kamin und tragbare Klimaanlage hielt es die perfekte Temperatur, wie gebraucht. Tom checkten mit mir um sicherzustellen, dass alles in Ordnung war, und um zu sehen, wenn ich Fragen oder Wünsche haben. Das Apartment, das Eigentum und das Haupthaus waren alle sehr sauber und gut gepflegt und in einem guten, sicheren Gegend so nahe an all den Spaß der Innenstadt von Happenings und direkt neben der Universität! Ich werde warm und gemütlich Erinnerungen an meinen kleinen Rückzugsort bei Toms Hütte in der Stadt für eine lange Zeit haben und werden es wieder buchen, wenn ich jemals nach Missoula zurück! Was für ein toller Ort! Alles war perfekt! Dieser Ort ist ein Gesamt gem-liebevoll eingerichtet und so niedlich komfortablen :) Tom war ein toller Gastgeber-auch wenn er auf Reisen war er war sehr aufmerksam. Ich freue mich darauf, wieder hier zu bleiben

Die Hütte war so gemütlich und einladend, es war der perfekte Ort, um für einen Abend nach oben Camping für ein paar Nächte im Glacier abstürzen. Tom war wunderbar. Nicht nur hat er uns mit Empfehlungen für das, was in Missoula zu tun, aber er auch vorgesehen viele Ideen für Orte, um auf den Rest unserer Reise bis in Yellowstone und den Tetons sehen. Wenn ich jemals selbst in Missoula wieder zu finden, werde ich auf jeden Fall hier übernachten!

Tom ging darüber hinaus mit jedem Detail, das wir Fragen hatten mit in Minuten von ihm in Kontakt zu helfen. Diese Kabine ist absolut perfekt! Schön mit allen Details sorgfältig unter Verwendung von hochwertigen Materialien mit allem was Sie für Ihren Aufenthalt benötigen dachte gestaltet. Dieses Viertel ist mein Favorit in Missoula, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Innenstadt und Hip-Streifen auf Higgins sowie einen halben Block vom U of M-Campus. Wir werden auf jeden Fall dort bleiben für unsere nächste Reise nach unsere Tochter an der U of M besuchen

Tom's place is fantastic! Location is perfect for walking around the University or downtown. He provided everything we needed for a lovely stay.

Michaela's place is everything and more than described. It is well appointed and very clean. The location really is within easy walking distance of dining, shopping, and the river.

Great spot and attentive hosts/owners. Had business on campus and took advantage of all Missoula has to offer without moving my vehicle once!
