Mein Aufenthalt in Daphneys Haus in Hempstead war toll. Der Keller war gemütlich. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber, malerisch und mit allem gefüllt, was ich brauchte. Die Nachbarschaft war schön und ruhig. Es war praktisch, da ich ein Auto hatte. Daphneys war ein wundervoller Gastgeber. Sie war schnell und herzlich mit allen Mitteilungen. This was our first airbnb experience and Francis made t a pleasant one. In the heart of Hempstead with plenty to see and do, she was helpful and advised how to get to LIRR. Parking off street.

Plenty of parking within a block or so of the building. Hispanic family residential neighboorhood/ apartment complex. Apartment is clean and nicely decorated. Bed is comfortable. Communicate with your host when you come to get the keys and give a few minutes for them to bring them to you. Hosts has a friend to cohost if she is away to bring you the keys. Great location to be close to Jones Beach.

This is a very pleasant apartment for a short stay. Francis is a good communicator and check in was perfect. She was in touch about stuff we needed to know! Her kitty is a love but talkative. Finding parking on the street in the evening took a little work. When everyone in the neighborhood comes home for the night, spaces fill up. This Airbnb worked for us because of the location close to my visiting destination.

The apartment and bed were very comfortable. Francis' cat Noche was an absolute delight, very friendly :) Access to WiFi was also really nice to have during our stay. Downtown Hempstead (a short walk from the apartment) felt a little sketchy to walk around at night, but that's probably to be expected of NY after dark. The apartment itself felt very safe and welcoming.

Francis is a very friendly host. Her space is very clean and comfortable. There are a lot of plants at the living room and I really like it. I strongly recommend you to live in her space if you plan to have a trip in Hempstead!

Francis is super nice. The check-in went smoothly and we were allowed to leave our bags at her apartment until we are back from the festival even though we already checked out. I can highly recommend her place for a short or a long stay!!

This apartment is exactly how it appears in the pictures. All of our needs were accommodated. the apartment is beautifully furnished with everything from IKEA including dishes and towels. You have cable and Wi-Fi. I didn't have a very strong connection with the Wi-Fi but other than that everything was great. Very spacious kitchen and nice little backyard area with tables chairs and within a very clean private neighborhood. It's close to many things. You will need a car though if you were staying here. Andre and his son were very friendly and respected me and my sisters privacy I will definitely book again.

Erin was prompt with all communication and a super host-everything was so simple! The basement apartment worked out well for our stay in Hempstead.

Erin was an awesome host. Apartment was clean and exactly as described. My only comment is that the beds consisted of 2 futons (exactly as described) , but one of them from my standpoint was not very comfortable (i.e. could feel the joints, uneven, etc.). I am older an maybe a little more picky from that standpoint. My wife and I squeezed onto the one futon and were reasonably comfortable. Again, Erin was an awesome host, he made us feel VERY welcome and comfortable (this was our first Airbnb experience, so we were a little nervous about it). We saved some money and had a great experience exploring the area.

Das war meine erste Erfahrung mit AirBnB und Michael ein toller Gastgeber war. Er war flexibel mit dem Check-in und Check-out und beantworteten alle Fragen, die wir hatten. Ich hatte mein Freund den Schlüssel ohne mich abholen, weil ich einen späten Flug hatte und Michael zeigte ihm um das Haus. Er kam und nahm den Müll jeden Tag auf die Straße. Er half uns einen tollen Aufenthalt haben.

Platz sah fast genauso wie die Fotos beschrieben. Klimaanlage funktionierte gut, das ist ein Muss an einem sehr heißen Sommertag war. Man braucht ein Auto zu haben, hier zu leben, da es keine nahe öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, aber der Preis war sehr vernünftig.

The atmosphere around is nice, and everything like the bus stop, supermarket, restaurant ...etc is just available in this area. The most wonderful thing is the host. My check-in date Max was a bit late which did throw our schedule off a bit. The microwave did not work properly when I first arrived. I brought this to his attention which he promptly addressed by bringing a new one. The pictures hold true to the way the house is. It is very comfy and home-y. I loved that there was a foot massager in the living room! I did read reviews before booking this listing and I believe the "spice" smell that the previous clients referred to is actually the smell of weed that makes its way through the vent system. There are clients downstairs who get loud, and I believe are the source of the weed smell. (More pungent on Thursdays, Fridays, and weekends) Other than that, Max was extremely hospitable. He checked up on me during my stay there to see if I needed anything and, as mentioned previously, was very prompt in addressing the microwave issue. I was also very thankful for the easily accessible parking space that was right in front of my door. Word of advice to future clients: be sure to bring your own silverware as this was not provided with the house. Overall, would give this place a great rating (minus the clients downstairs)!

It was a good experience. Clean, spacious, only issues were the strong smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom and the internet connection sucked! Other than that, Max was great! Thanks again :)

This is my first Airbnb experience and it was by far the best vacation stay I have had in a while. I had booked it for my family visiting from abroad and my host, Max had worked with me making sure I had everything I needed before the arrival and even during our stay. We had our full privacy and easy check in and check out process. My family was impressed and we will sure stay here again when the need arises. Je suis resté à cet endroit w / deux collègues de travail. Nous devions assister à une conférence à proximité loi Hofstra pendant cinq jours. Max était extrêmement désireux de nous demander si nous avions besoin de rien et on est arrivés sur nous. Le lit dans le salon est un matelas sur le sol, et après avoir dormi sur elle pour deux nuits, mon mal au dos. En outre, l'appartement sentait fortement ... herbes typiquement utilisés pour la cuisson, et pour fumer. Nous n'y avons pas passé beaucoup de temps dans l'appartement mais le quartier a l'air bien, et il ya un restaurant italien et un diner à distance de marche.

I had a good stay here - it was very clean and well taken care of. I'd seen another review mentioning that the living room bed was an air mattress, but that was definitely not the case. The place is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and Max was great- he allowed us to check in only a couple hours after we booked on short notice, was friendly, and was always available and communicative if we needed anything. Worst thing I could say about it was that the AC got pretty cold at night. Thanks for having us!

Absolutely wonderful family with amazing accommodations. The apartment is exactly as described with a warm feel and extremely comfortable bed. The kitchen is perfect for cooking simple dishes and there is also a toaster oven and microwave for quick meals. Having a private entrance was ideal. Without a doubt would recommend for both short term and long term stays!

Great, comfortable lower level unit in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Mr and Mrs Maniscalo did a wonderful job of making sure I felt at home throughout my stay with them. The entire place has been completely renovated and very nicely decorated. All the rooms had brand new furniture and the kitchen had brand new appliances. All in all, it was very clean and comfortable place to stay. I will be surely coming back again.

Ik heb genoten van mijn verblijf in het appartement. Het was mijn vijfde verblijf in dit appartement. Zoals altijd, plaats was mooi, schoon en comfortabel. En de gastheren zijn geweldige mensen, altijd klaar om te helpen. Ik zou hier zeker weer verblijven in de toekomst.

My stay here was very good. Geri is an extremely responsive host who was always on hand to answer questions about the area and the apartment, often within just an hour or two via the AirBnB app. She also brought complete sets of freshly laundered sheets, bedding and pillows halfway through my stay which was excellent. The apartment has everything I needed for a month-long stay. It was very clean on arrival and the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, cutlery, oven, microwave and toaster. The bedroom is big and has a desk and closet for working, should you need it. There's also fast WiFi which worked perfectly for work and (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) calls home. Area felt safe, even walking back from the station at night, and you can be in NYC (Penn Station) within 45ish minutes. There's a fantastic diner next to the station, and convenience stores/restaurants in the area. Bigger grocery stores are a longer walk/taxi/bus ride away. I'd stay here again.

I really liked the Geri's apartment. It's a complete apartment with a good localization, near to groceries, buses stops and of the Mineola train station. In addition, Geri is a great host always concern about your guests.
