Shinrin-Yoku, Waldbaden
Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku) is a traditional Japanese awareness meditation, proven to be a profound antidote to anxiety, depression, fear and tension. You will be taken upon a simple forest walk, whereupon your guide, Helena, will facilitate and enable a sensual immersive experience, whereby the forest languages of renewal, growth, change and impermanence will become your experiential second nature. You will develop a sense of inner peace and stillness that will be supported and encouraged by nature's living, ever-changing process. Absolutely no experience necessary. The requirements are a willingness to let go of your troubles, fears, worries and anxieties. Other things to note Wear warmer clothes than usual as we will spend time being still in the woods and in the shade of the forest canopy. You may also wish to bring something to sit on during sit spot practice. Great for groups and team building too. (I also work with Forest Garden, Shovelstrode that is located 4 miles from the location of this Forest Bathing experience. To book a stay in one of their beautiful cabins or yurts please go to: https://www.airbnb.co.uk/rooms/706388744474714084?check_in=2023-04-07&check_out=2023-04-09&guests=1&adults=1&s=67&unique_share_id=2f823084-8f29-4b79-bb35-ba161012d929)
Pflege und Spaziergang mit Zwergponys in der Nähe von London
Star the pony and I will meet you at our meeting point where we will carry out introductions and cover safety tips, before we head off for the walk. We will walk up the lane and through the fields, going at the ponies pace and allowing them to browse on the plants in the hedgerows. We’ll also collect cuttings and weeds to take back with us for their pony friends (in season only). You will learn about wild plants and trees and how they benefit the ponies diet, plus more about pony care and behaviour. We will finish the walk back at the pony field where you will brush their coats and manes and tails, while the ponies tuck into their lunch. You can meet their next door neighbours the donkeys and the other animals at the field too. You will really get to know the ponies as individuals and see their different characters and personalities. With a calm and gentle approach, it won’t take long before they are queuing up for a scratch from you. Other things to note This is a leisurely walk that is perfect for animal lovers. If you cannot see a date or time that suits you, please contact me to request another date. All children must be accompanied by an adult. No open toed shoes or sandals. The ponies cannot be ridden, this is for walking and grooming only. We are easy to reach via train from London Bridge to Knockholt station, then 5min uber.

Straßenkunst von Brighton
Long a draw (no pun intended) for local and London-based graffiti and street artists, Brighton like Bristol still has plenty of raw, exciting talent throwing fresh work up on the walls and surfaces of the city's streets. Get a taste for the city's unique street art scene by exploring the neighbourhood with local expert and artist, REQ, who walks and talks you through individual pieces as well as giving you an overview of this colourful, often un-commissioned side of Brighton's creative scene. Other things to note As this is a walking tour, please wear comfortable shoes or trainers (and bring an umbrella, just in case). Meet at the gallery 10 minutes before the start time and at the end of the tour we will return to the gallery for drinks.

Elektrofahrrad Brighton Coastline
Looking for an exciting adventure to start your day in Brighton? Look no further than an "electric" mountain bike ride along the breathtaking Brighton coastline. Whether you prefer an early morning, afternoon, or evening ride, this experience promises to be unforgettable. As you set out on your journey, feel free to ask your knowledgeable guide any questions about Brighton and its surrounding areas to ensure you get the most out of your visit. If you prefer to go at your own pace, your guide can show you where to go and provide a short guided route to the seafront before giving you the freedom to explore on your own. Before hitting the road, make sure to choose the correct bike size and helmet, and take a quick test ride to build confidence. Once you're ready to go, the adventure truly begins as you head to the Brighton seafront and ride along to Rottingdean, passing by iconic landmarks like the British Airways i360 tower and famous piers. If you're new to biking or prefer a smoother ride, the Undercliffs trails offer a perfect option. Once you arrive in Rottingdean, you can either ride back to the Marina along the top of the cliffs on the dedicated bike path or take the off-road coastal trail for a more adventurous experience. Whichever route you choose, the stunning view of the Sussex coastline from the cliff top is not to be missed.

Malkurs nach Bob Ross
Firstly the students choose a painting from my collection (everyone paints the same ) After my initial introduction, we have a practice on an old canvas, when I show you how to use the brushes to create the painting, to get familiar with the materials. We then change to a brand new canvas (20 x 16 inches) and I teach you slowly starting with the sky, and layer by layer to build up the painting till it is finished. I will give everyone all the time needed to produce a painting that will astound yourself and your friends. I can teach anyone to paint. Even if you've only ever painted doors and skirting boards before. The Bob Ross method of painting is simple to understand and the first time you do it, you can get a fantastic result. I supply all the materials needed including plastic aprons, tea and coffees and gentle music! It's a very relaxed atmosphere of having fun while learning to paint. The time limit is not strict as some people need more time, which is no problem, as I believe that this is your day, and if that means more time, its OK with me PLEASE BE AWARE, I will take everyones temperature with my new infra red thermometer. If you have a high temperature YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO JOIN US FOR THE PAINTING SESSION. You will receive your payment back from Air B&B Due to COVID 19 I have lowered my class to 2 people, but contact me I can do 4 people from same bubble. Other things to note Wear old clothes as paint can jump and bring a snack to eat for lunch. If you are looking for another date, (other that Wednesdays) you can always ask. I am busy , but if I can fit you in I'll always try.

Workshop für achtsames Marmorieren
As an artist & meditator I designed this experience to be a creative antidote to stress & a take home tool to help us embrace uncertainty. I guide my guests towards the beauty of surrendering to life's present moment & into the psychological wellbeing of the creative flow state via the ancient mediative art of Japanese ink marbling. Not only do my guests leave the workshop relaxed & with paper and card prints of their creative work to take with them, but with a new creative skill set they can then replicate at home. We start with a relaxing cup of herbal tea in my lounge & a brief history of marbling. After which I guide my guests through an easy to follow guided meditation to relax my guests, enhance our feeling of wellbeing & prepare us to enter the flow state of creativity fully relaxed & free from the everyday stress of the world outside. Following on is a practical demonstration of the techniques involved in Japanese marbling. Guests are then invited to get creative themselves in the relaxed supportive environment of my home to create individual works of marbling art with all materials supplied. Message me your requirements I may be able to accommodate diff start time group bookings. Suitable for children from age 12 (unless you book a private family group booking, again message me your requirements).

This event IS available to book for every Fri/Sat but for some reason Airbnb isn't letting us accept any booking requests and they're all coming up as 'unavailable'. This could be anything ranging from traditional pubs, to Karaoke or live music, games of pool and a whole lot more. We'll usually finish at one of the larger clubs in Brighton to which our customers get free entry together with hefty drinks discounts and free shots along the way. We'll also take plenty of photos on our big fancy camera which they get access to for free after the crawl. Other things to note: Try not to wear sporting-wear as some of the venues are not overly keen on this. You get free shots and the drinks are discounted but make sure to bring some cash or a card.
