Staying at Kathryn's place was great. 5 men felt comfortable, each of us had our own bed, therefore is apartment also suitable for longer stay. It was very clean and we actually didn't find anything to complain :) Traffic to Halifax was light, which was very convenient because we worked there every day. Kathryn is very kind, easy to communicate with and responsed quickly. Highly recommend.

Quiet town 20 mins from Burnley, unfortunately it didn't stop raining the whole time we were there so didn't get to explore as much as possible. Flat is large. Big lounge and kitchen on the 1st floor with ample seating. Bedrooms are large with 2 bathrooms. Morrisons is literally opposite for all those grocery needs, Chinese take away next door and a modern Pizzaria just a minutes walk away. Parking right outside the property.

Fabelagtig sted at bo i Todmorden. Vi holdt her (5 venner) i november 2016 - lejligheden er lige som det ser ud på billederne - det er faktisk bedre, end det ser ud på de billeder! Dejlige møbler, plads, fuldt udstyret køkken, masser af stor kunst arbejde og toasty varm (som var meget velkommen, da det sneet under vores ophold). Morrisons er bogstaveligt talt over vejen, det er en meget kort gåtur i byen, så er der en øl og kunst shop nedenunder hvor du kan prøve nogle store øl og snacks, og vi var heldige at komme til at se levende musik også efter den årlige Todmorden lamplight parade. Alt i alt et fantastisk ophold og Kathy er den perfekte vært - utroligt venlige og hjælpsomme. Kan ikke anbefale dette sted stærkt nok.

The apartment is lovely and we had a great weekend staying there. It's very spacious and light and was extremely clean and comfortable with all the mod-cons and amenities you could need. Kathy was really helpful when our arrival was delayed due to traffic, and responded to all my emails very quickly. The apartment is right on the canal, which is really pretty and conveniently there is parking right outside and a supermarket opposite. Thank you Kathy for a lovely stay (and for the delicious gift!).

Kathryn's place is beautiful., right on the canal and near some really interesting independent shops and cafes. The beer from the shop underneath is incredible, try the barely wine. All in all, great host, lovely place.

Kathryn var en meget nyttig vært giver os tips om steder at spise hvoraf vi nås ved at gå en kort afstand langs kanalen towpath til byen. I øl butikken under lejligheden nyder vi en kande af lokalt brygget øl og ost fra Todmorden. Alle var meget imødekommende og venlige. Vi havde en vidunderlig weekend og håber at vende tilbage snart. Great location if visiting ramsbottom and the surrounding area. House very clean with good amenities. My mum struggled with the house stairs due to the steepness and narrowness, otherwise a good stay was had by the family

Had a wonderfull stay here for 4 nights. The location is briliant bcs its in the middle of everything. easy to access to all big cities (mcr, blackpool, chester). The interior top knotch. The only small problem we faced is the stairs is very steep

Great house in a great location to explore all the beautiful countryside of the north of England. Communication was great and check in and check out was super easy. We would recommend as a great place to stay.

Well decorated house - could do with a little bit of TLC though. Gorgeous view over the hills. Ramsbottom town centre very easy to get to (walkable) and close to a big Tesco, Aldi and Morrison's, and pubs. Very low ceilings and doorways - a few bumped heads in our group! Could do with a bit more equipment for the kitchen in order to cook for the 8 people the bedrooms cater for.

+ the hosts were really fast to respond on all queries. the booking process was really convenient and the value for money is great. upon arrival, we had no problems accessing the property. I strongly recommend visiting the Peel Tower, the Irwell Works Brewery and Mr P's Luxury Ice cream. we also had a delicious lunch at Room 54. - the biggest issue we had upon arrival was the setting of the house. this is not a country house, it is a detached house on a busy road in a small town. there were issues with the cleanliness of the property (there were dishes in the dishwasher and an old, burned (what we assumed to be) strudel in the oven, which would indicate no one even looked inside the oven while the kitchen was being cleaned). there wasn't enough toilet roll in the property when we arrived (there was 1 full roll and a 1/3 of a toilet roll available when we arrived late on a Friday night. it was a booking for 5 people and a toddler for 3 nights, so there was nowhere near enough toilet roll plus the rolls were really wet (so we weren't able to use them anyway)).

The cottage is in a good location for visiting family and friends in Bury and Greater Manchester. Everything was very clean. Plenty of room for a family with children.

I booked this on behalf of my wife who stayed here with her Mum and our son when they travelled to the area to visit family. They were very pleased with the accommodation stating that it was more spacious that the photo's showed and they were very impressed with the creature comforts that were included. Lovely little place, the space has been used well. Loved the little touches of bread,butter & a bottle of wine waiting for us upon our arrival. Great place for relaxing & taking in the amazing countryside. Would recommend to all friends & we will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to the area.

The Pantry is a wonderful secluded retreat with stunning views. It is equip with everything you would need for an overnight stay and longer if needed. We were made to feel very welcome and would definitely look to stay again

Ideal, private and lovely bread and food items left by host - a nice welcoming touch. Cooking facilities included hot plate,and oven, kettle etc with utensils l. Shower powerful and warm. The property is self contained and host was non intrusive. There is a main road right next to the bedroom window and was a little disruptive to sleep time - obviously cannot be controlled by host but earplugs may assist in sleeping! Bed was memory foam much comfort indeed. Thank you so much for a wonderful resting place

This is a true gem surrounded by beautiful landscapes and peaceful tranquility everywhere you look! The annex was great, everything we could of imagined plus a whole lot more! This was our first air BNB and it will leave us with long lasting memory and an urge to get back for hopefully a longer stay next time. It was lovely to stay at Apple Tree Farm again. I had a chance to sit out and admire the view on the longest day and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Being a traditional farm house it was so cool in the very hot weather allowing a great nights sleep. Fantastic and I will definately be back.

Non poteva consigliare Apple Tree Farm più altamente. Il cottage è assolutamente fantastico, moderno e arredamento di buon gusto con letteralmente tutti i comfort che potreste avere bisogno - le foto non rendono giustizia! Stufa a legna, grande soggiorno zona soggiorno / cucina, camera da letto generoso bagno troppo. Il mio compagno e mi sono sentito accolto da Tracy, che ha risposto ai messaggi in modo rapido e spuntato in di benvenuto e dire ciao. Il casolare si trova non lontano dalla graziosa cittadina di Hebden Bridge, e vanta una vista mozzafiato sulle colline. Speriamo che saremo di nuovo a stare di nuovo!

We stayed in the one bedroom cottage and it was by far one of the nicest airbnb we have stayed in. All amenities and extras were above expectations. A variety of tea, coffee, condiments and milk readily available. The decor is very warm, modern and suited to the location. It has obviously been renovated recently. We received a very warm welcome from Tracy, she was waiting for us with the log fire already lit. We were shown around the property and reminded to get in contact if we required anything at all. The location is very peaceful and only a 10 minute drive from the quaint town of Hebden Bridge. We definitely recommend a trip to the town. Tracy also came to check everything was ok during our stay, which was very nice. We will definitely be recommending this accommodation to family and friends. Thank you Tracy, you have a beautiful place in a tranquil location. Just a little warning for those who drive 'low' cars, the final drive to the cottage is along an uneven surface and could potentially damage the undercarriage of your car.

Tracy and her 8alpacas 2dogs were really lovely and friendly. Tracy's farm located at the highest point of Blackshaw head , with fantastic scenery and countryside, yet easy access into Hebden Bridge centre. Cottage is new, clean and cozy. Kitchen is well equipped and bed is so comfy. ( the best sleep ever I had after a long time.) We absolutely loved our stay in Apple Farm Cottage and hope we will return someday. Cant recommend it highly enough.

A very homey duplex in a very good location for exploring the Rossendale area. Very good communication before, during and after arrival. It is a family area so expect noise from kids playing out which was not a problem for us. Some items promoted were not as promised but minor and did not impact out overall stay.

Comfortable, spacious apartment in a nice location, with easy access to the moors and a regular bus to Burnley and Manchester. May not be as well provided with "essentials" as you'd expect - make sure you take your own shampoo and washing up liquid. Also remember this is near Manchester, so it rains all the time. Bus to Burnley is about 20 minutes - try the Illuminati restaurant and bar - amazing. We'd recommend avoiding the New Waggoners, the recommended resturant near Loveclough, though.

Unsere Erfahrung in dieser Wohnung bleiben, ist Luft bnb von seiner besten Seite. Dominic war der perfekte Gastgeber; Prompt, prägnante Kommunikation. Das Anwesen ist genau wie die Bilder und die Beschreibung und sehr gut ausgestattet. Ich würde auf jeden Fall diese Eigenschaft für einen kurzen oder längeren Aufenthalt empfehlen.

Dominique war hier vor mir (URL HIDDEN) Platz die Schlüssel zurück zu bekommen ist sehr sauber, gut für einen Aufenthalt platziert in Bury, viel Platz und sehr pleasant.The Besitzer ist sehr schön, zur Verfügung und geben alle notwendigen Informationen . Ich empfehle diesen Ort zu bleiben oder Urlaub. Ich konnte es nicht besser finden.

Die Wohnung war groß. Sauber und modern mit allem, was wir wollten. Parken war sicher und weg von der Straße und das Haus war in einer guten Nachbarschaft. Es war nahe genug, um zu Fuß in das Zentrum von Bury, aber abseits der Hauptstraße so schön und ruhig. Der Host gehalten regelmäßige Kommunikation mit uns.

Schöne große Ruhe und den Frieden flach. Gute Verkehrsanbindung zu Manchester und Autobahnen. Dominic ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wenn ur manchester Besuch dieser Ort ist perfekt !!! Nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt und es gibt eine 24-Stunden Tesco und ASDA weit auch nicht. Dominic war ein toller Gastgeber, große Kommunikation und schnelle resposes, bevor wir ankamen, als wir dort waren und auch nach. Er war da, um uns zu begrüßen und zeigen uns am Tag um. Die Bilder machen die Wohnung nicht gerecht. Es ist ein schöner Ort, muss man sehen, um es zu verwirklichen. Saubere und minimalistisch. Das Wohnzimmer ist ziemlich groß, mit einem Esstisch für 4 Personen in es auch. Dominic ließ sogar uns mit seinem netflix Passwort und playstation mit Spielen für einen Abend in. Die Küche hat alles, was man zu Hause zu kochen Abendessen brauchen könnte (und ein großer Satz Messer!). Es gab sogar Croissants, Brot, Milch und Fruchtsäfte bereit für das Frühstück. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr geräumig zu und hat eine Schiene bereits aus mit Kleiderbügeln. Sie hören nie einen Pieps von den Nachbarn. Insgesamt ist es ein schöner Ort. Wir werden definalty wieder! Dank Dominic für ein toller Gastgeber zu sein!

Ich war hier für 11 Nächte, es zu meiner Familie und Freunden ganz in der Nähe ist und ich in der Gegend zu leben, und so war es für mich perfekt. Abgesehen davon, ist dies ein guter Ort zu bleiben, in einer super Lage mit einfachem Zugang zu Manchester Bury und Bolton. Schön und sauber und gut ausgestattet mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sehr ruhige Lage, aber mit sehr einfachen Zugang zu den Bushaltestellen, ein paar Convenience-Shops, ein tolles Pub und ein schönes Bistro sind innerhalb von ein paar Minuten walk.Highly empfohlen und wird meine erste Wahl sein, zu bleiben, wenn ich wieder in die bin Bereich .. We stayed here for 3 nights and the place couldn't of been any more perfect we didn't get chance to meet Nicholas but Gabrielle was very welcoming and friendly. Gave us good advice for eating out and pointed us in the direction for a lovely stroll towards hebden bridge. The studio with its very tranquil setting onto the canal was gorgeous, we ate out on the balcony the first evening there which was beautiful hearing the sound of the water and birds singing. The studio is spotlessly clean and amazing and very thoughtful that there were basics for breakfast all fresh and tasty Which normally you would have to buy. Also salt, pepper etc ice cubes in the freezer to add to a refreshing drink! We found the bed very comfortable and now that I'm back to work today I have been told how refreshed and relaxed I look. So thank you so much for making us feel very welcome and creating such beautiful conditions! Definetly would love to stay again and will be recommending to all friends and family! Wow. This place was by far one of my favorite airbnb spots. The canal view made for a remarkable scene to eat breakfast. The blankets provided kept us warm even in winter weather. Really you can tell nicholas and gabrielle went the extra mile to accomodate us from breakfast essentials to pub recommendations. I can honestly say we were sad to be departing and our next stop was the lakes!

When we arrived at Nick & Gabrielle's place, the photographs don't do it justice! The flat is homely, spacious and private. Hearing the river & close to Hebden Bridge was perfect for us. The kitchen was great and that sofa is super comfy especially for watching movies. This was a little anniversary get-away for us and it was just the place we were after. Thank you Nick & Gabrielle. Nick and Gabrielle are perfect hosts. The flat was spotless, in excellent condition and had everything I needed for a week's stay while playing in a music festival in Heptonstall. The best bit is the magnificent balcony on the river - just perfect on a sunny day. The flat is about a mile from Hebden Bridge. Taxis arrive within a few minutes of calling. Alternatively it is an easy and pleasant 20 minute walk along the canal into Hebden Bridge.

wonderful hosts, brilliant accommodation beautifully done in a fantastic location and the provisions provided were a lovely thoughtful touch. it is somewhere I would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again.

This is our second stay. The studio is immaculate and well located between Hebden and Todmorden. Lovely touch to provide breakfast provisions. Overall great value.

Amanda's Place is a great facility, situated in a converted hall in the western Pennines just outside Delph. Two en-suite double rooms is a particular bonus for families or two couples wanting to explore the area or use as a base close enough to Manchester, but far enough away to feel like another world. As per other reviews, while I'm aware Amanda had addressed reported intermittent issues with the internet connection, unfortunately it manifested as a problem within my own stay too, but I suspect this is now an exception, not the rule. Beyond that I recommend this property highly

Ładna nieruchomość, doskonała lokalizacja, bardzo spokojny iw pięknym otoczeniu. Mieszkanie jest dobrze podane i bardzo wygodne. Niestety internet nie działał, ale nie wspomniał, że jadą, aby spojrzeć na zmiany dostawcy.

Mieszkanie jest bardzo czyste, bez skazy, świetnymi gospodarzami. Pozostawił nam ciastka i owoce, bardzo słodkie. Wifi nie działa niestety, musieliśmy zakupić pakiet BT Fon, ale sygnał jest bardzo zła wewnątrz mieszkania. Musiałem wyjść na schody mieć lepszy sygnał. :( Nadzieja wifi dostaje wkrótce naprawione.

A lovely place to stay. Dian was very welcoming and friendly, yet unobtrusive. The accommodation was great, lots of space, well presented, well equipped and very clean. We really enjoyed staying here.

We were visiting family in nearby Hebden Bridge and found the spacious flat perfect for us and our 16 month old. Dian met us on arrival and we were made to feel very welcome, a lovely host. Highly recommended.
