Sarah was very helpful and quick to provide information to us. We stayed very briefly as we were attending a wedding nearby but would have loved to have spent more time at Sarah's lovely Yurt.

Sarah and her family were extremely helpful and friendly both before and during my stay. I was only there for one night but the tent is great, I'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The bell tent was a nice change for other airbnbs and pup was very welcoming when we arrived, offering two tired and wet cyclists some much needed food. He was very helpful when we failed at attempting to make a fire and was lovely to chat to him for a while.

Our host Sarah was very welcoming. We had a wonderful time staying here. The tent was roomy & comfortable, and there was attention to detail - with coffee & tea provided, and extra loo rolls etc. Sarah kindly told us to help ourselves to the ripe raspberries in the allotment, so we had a couple - very tasty!

The tent is in a beautiful garden, Sarah was understanding about our change of plan & showed us the ropes for tent, fire & compost loo.

A really lovely last minute stay in a beautiful location, we had everything we wanted and Sarah and her partner were very welcoming and helpful for the few short hours that we were with them. The fire pit in the middle of the vegetable garden was wonderful, the surprisingly picturesque bathroom was a treat and despite the rain we were cosy and dry. We had all the cooking utensils and supplies that we needed already laid out, and the birdsong was just beautiful in the morning. I just wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a great stay in Yoxford. The tent was very comfortable and we had all we needed for a relaxing evening. Would highly recommend.

What can I add to what has already been said? My daughter and I stayed here for one night and had an absolutely wonderful time. The tent is spacious, well equipped, comfortable and in a very secluded spot. Sarah even provides matches and firelighters for the fire pit. In fact, this is how all camping should be!

Their accommodations are very very nice!! Besides that the house has a beautiful garden with a variety of vegetables and fruits and the hosts are genuinely kind, if you are planning a trip to Suffolk, this is a great place to stay!!

Beautiful cottage. Lovely to stay in an old house with plenty of character. Good facilities and enough space for 5 of us (2 adults, 2 teenagers and 1 child) warm and cosy. We were also able to sit outside in the garden for lunch. Very quiet location. Good inland spot as a base to explore the coast. Host is lovely. Great communication and provided information about the house which was spot on. A really good find that will hopefully stay in again.

Alison was great and kept in touch with all we needed. The house is gorgeous and it's just a shame we couldn't stay longer! As we got there so late the bread and tea/coffee etc was very much appreciated in the morning. Overall, a great experience!

We really enjoyed our stay at Crow corner. Alison and Paul were very welcoming. The house was very clean and cosy on arrival, they had even left us a bottle of wine along with some basic supplies which were much appreciated. The house has a great garden which my 3 children under 5 were safe in and had great fun. There were games in the cupboard, films for the kids, a Wendy house and two swings and some toys in the garden. We really were able to relax with the whole family and still not feel on top of each other. Great access to Southwold, Walberswick and Dunwich woods which were lovely. We would definitely come back in the future.

We had an excellent bank holiday weekend in this cosy, country cottage. With 3 comfy double beds and 2 showers, the 6 of us had more than enough space. The kids loved the safe private garden which wraps around the house. The hosts kindly put up a swing ready for our visit. They were great at responding to emails and very welcoming when we arrived. Yoxford is a lovely village with lots of antique/vintage shops and a great central point to visit Aldeburgh, Thorpeness and Southwold.

We had a wedding in the area and this accommodation served the purpose of somewhere to sleep. There were some charming features including a nice yard however, for the price, the house could do with some updating including quality of linen on the beds. We were also a little disappointed not to receive the 'hamper with wine' that we had read about, but instead some bread and some out of date butter in the fridge. The hosts were helpful and responded promptly to something we needed fixing. Overall, if you're after some basic accommodation, this place will do the trick.

We loved our stay at Crow Corner! It took us longer to get to Yoxford than expected but Alison was waiting for us at 9.30pm and had left us a bottle of wine and some provisions (milk, bread, butter, tea, marmalade). The house was spotless and with 3 double rooms had lots of space. I was assembling a wedding cake and needed access to a kitchen and the one at Crow Corner was big enough for us to cook and had enough equipment to self cater really well including a dishwasher. The bed was very comfortable and there were towels in the room for the shower/bath. It would be a great place for a trip to explore Suffolk and there were lots of leaflets on local activities nearby and Wi-Fi to use. Thanks so much!

We enjoyed our stay in Crow Cottage, Alison and Paul were great hosts. They left us a welcome package which was kind and even put up birthday banners for us. The cottage is in a good location for exploring Suffolk, particularly Southwold, and Yoxford is a charming village with a few good pubs.

Our stay on Oak Tree Farm was exactly what we were after! Country side views, pure tranquility, perfect hosts. If I one to the area again I would try to stay here! We had a wonderful stay.

This is a delightful cottage in a really good location. Peasenhall has a friendly and well-stocked village store, a really good butchers, as well as the famous deli for local ham, good olives etc. The cottage is very comfortable - underfloor heating, great beds, a well-provisioned kitchen, loads of storage space, and a log-burning stove in a beautiful sitting room. My daughter fell in love with the French bedroom! The garden is pretty and the surrounding countryside is wonderful for walks. We got a lovely welcome basket, and the house was spotless. A big thumbs up!

This is a wonderful cottage to stay in. Very old exterior with contemporary interior fittings, it is just very pretty, with an active fireplace(not common)in the lounge. It is perfectly situated to visit a wide variety of destinations all over Suffolk, including the fabled Emmet's delicatessen across the road! There is a delightful garden in the back for the summer months and pretty much everything you could wish for. I would love to return to this cottage-my daughter also loved it very much.

Lovely cosy cottage in a great location. We stayed during the St Jude storm of October 2013 and the cottage was lovely and warm despite the weather. Some big trees came down in the neighbourhood to add to the excitement! Everything you need is provided by Hilary and the big French bed is very comfortable.

An excellent, warm, friendly and spacious cottage. 5 of us stayed very comfortably and the stay was a delight. Great area for going for walks in countryside and village shop just around corner. Very recharging and peaceful area, highly recommend.

good location for getting around local areas of interest. quaint cottage, easy parking, a bit of traffic noise being by the road junction but not a lot you can do about that. would recommend putting carpet on stairs and upstairs as can be noisy when people a moving around.

We really enjoyed staying in Christine's lovely home and the location was perfect for visiting this attractive part of Suffolk. We really enjoyed being able to cycle a reasonably traffic free 35 mile route from the house! We were very well looked after in an unobtrusive way from the moment we arrived and it was great to be provided with some local knowledge. The bedroom was sunny and spacious with plenty of other space available for just us to use. The continental breakfast was just right and we would thoroughly recommend Strawberry Hill as a great place to stay!

My partner and I had a lovely stay at Christine's place. The room was lovely and clean with an amazing view! Christine's garden is fabulous too and very peaceful. The location was great, very near to lots of lovely beaches and small towns that we could explore. Christine was a fantastic host who offered lots of advice about things to do and places to visit locally. We had a super stay here and would highly recommend it!

Our stay at Fen Lodge Shepherd's hut was better than we could have ever imagined. We found a very stylish sanctuary, away from everything except deer and pheasants. When we needed civilisation it was just a short stroll to the village pub and farm shop. We especially enjoyed our trek along the river to Minsmere nature reserve, where we got to hear our first illusive Bittern! Spotlessly clean with a cosy log burner, Neill has carefully thought of everything you need. Perfect. Can't wait to return. Delicious flapjack. Thank you.

We had a lovely couple of nights in this fab little hut. Spotlessly clean and really well equipped! The surrounding villages and areas are lovely. I have no hesitation in recommending this fabulous little hut!!

A wonderful place to stay - would highly recommend to anyone seeking a quiet getaway in the country. Communication with the host is excellent, and the hut itself is quaint and delightful! Everything you might need is thought of (including two friendly cats). We will definitely stay again!

The shepherd's hut is a dream stay, so cosy with the fire and quiet as a mouse. A toilet & shower close by. Basically all you would ever need. The hosts are lovely and the breakfast is highly recommended (veggie option was delicious). A short fun walk to a local pub and close to so many little towns. Just a fantastic stay.

A quaint little place very neat and cosy exceptionally clean, toilet and shower room was new and we'll laid out but a little walk from the shepherds cabin. Neil was very hospitable, The woodstove keep the place nice and cosy thanks Neil for keeping the wood up And looking after us. The Aussie silver nomads.

We stayed for 2 nights in a hot and sunny May and the only issue we have is that we didn't book for longer. Neill really has thought of everything. We felt like we were staying with a friend and nothing was too much trouble. The hut itself is comfortable and stylish with everything we needed. We could have stayed and only brought our food for our evening meals and toothbrush! It is quiet and secluded with a lovely short walk to the nearby village with farm shop and pub. We really enjoyed spending our evenings cooking on the firepit, listening to the birds, and watching the cows in a nearby field watching us. It was a short drive from Southwold for a day trip but Fen Lodge itself is totally tranquil. A proper escape from the rat race and a home away from home. Our dog Tommy had a great time too and enjoyed meeting the resident friendly dog, Blodwyn. Literally nothing to complain about. In fact, we are already talking about booking another stay

Our stay at Neill's Shepard Hut was magical. The location gives you wonderful views over the meadows where we saw a Barn Owl hunting during the evenings and woke up to the beautiful sounds of nature. The hut is kitted out with everything you need to make your stay comfy and pleasurable. Highlights, cosy wood burner and super comfy bed. Neill was super informative about the area and made us feel very welcome on arrival. Certainly Recommend if you fancy a lovely escape from the city.

Zoe is an incredibly welcoming, friendly hostess. Her cottage is delightful, and located in the most charming of Suffolk villages, close to the coast and so many wonderful places to visit, such as Sutton Hoo. It was like staying with a friend, very relaxed. I would highly recommend to anyone!

The cottage was exactly what we expected, full of character and located in quiet Suffolk village. The room was comfortable and Zoe was very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was delicious too. Nothing was too much trouble for Zoe, she found us a bicycle repair man to help us out.
