The greasy spoon diner that's open 24/7. It has all sorts of local grinds. Beware of the Sumo :) It's a beast of a meal! If you order pancakes, make sure to try the different local flavored syrups.

One of our favorites!! We love this restaurant: great food, great atmosphere, fair prices! Most nights, there is live music to accompany your dinner.

Great little spot for yummy sushi at great prices! Even if you aren't crazy about sushi, they have other plates as well like Chicken Katsu and Shoya pork.

If you go early in the morning, you can often catch the rainbows.
It's so tall and beautiful. A 30 minute drive from our home, this is a well maintained park with restrooms and paths to view the two main waterfalls. You do have to pay a small fee to park though.

Crystal clear blue waters, dramatic cliffs (furthest southern tip of the United States). The brave ones, jump off the cliffs and swim around. We've seen tons of dolphins there before.

Beautiful Valley -- Some people hike down into the valley (waterfalls and beautiful black sand beach below). It's a very steep incline so beware if you have any physical limitations. (Take water!)

Hike down into the valley! It's about a 30-40 minute hike to get to the black sand beach. *We went right after the rain, and the trail was a bit slippery and muddy. We still had a great time!

A great, relaxing walk through all sorts of plants, flowers, and trees. It is a bit pricey (around $15 per person) to walk through, but worth it. *Note:The initial walk into the garden is very steep.
