This is such a beautiful place for a swim, coffee, drink or dinner. The waters in the lake are healing and their temperature is higher than sea water. There is an entrance fee to swim at the lake. If you are lucky enough, there are some music concerts held there during the summer and you can have a drink, listen to the music and look at the beautifully illuminated waters of the lake. Parking is free.

It is my favorite archaeological site by the sea and on the way you will find hundreds of beautiful beaches to swim. However, you should choose to go there during a weekday and not during the weekend, because then there is a lot of traffic by the locals trying to go to the beach for a swim. At the beach just below the temple you will see two small restaurants. You can sit there for lunch and enjoy fresh fish!
This is a full scale reconstruction of an ancient trireme. If you are excited to see what ancient Greeks used to sail the seas in, this is a sight worth visiting! You will be amazed.

This is a full scale reconstruction of an ancient trireme. If you are excited to see what ancient Greeks used to sail the seas in, this is a sight worth visiting! You will be amazed.
