Chinatown is still bustling but safer these days than in the past decades. First Fridays are sweet, especially if you're into the arts. Visit alone or with the ohana. Of course the food never disappoints.

North Shore and all that comes with. Great surfing - Bonzai Pipeline, Sharks's Cove, Pupukea, Sunset. Then check out the shops and continue on to Waialua. The road ends at Ka‘ena Point. The same Ka‘ena Point in Mākaha, just the other side.
