This is a great park to go for a casual walk or to take kids. It has 2 outdoor & 2 indoor pools/gym/childcare/cafe in the middle and then an outdoor playground, reading spots, cricket nets, ovals, netball courts & plenty of walking paths. An easy walk from our place and less than 3 minutes from the local shops & cafes if you need sustenance!

This is about 1.5 hours drive from the house. It is well worth spending a day. Stunning views, iconic scenes (the 3 Sisters), hiking tracks. Great restaurants, cafes, galleries, shops etc.

This is expensive but one of those 'once in a life time' things to do. Best time to do it is over dusk so that you set out in daylight & comb back down in the dark (it's well lit for climbers) and gives the most amazing view of thee city at night.
