Good for surf but if you aren't used to that use the pool or the 'bogey hole' (calmest near low tide). Great park for picnic and taking kids back from the beach. Several cafes and takeaway food on beach. Parking can be a challenge but 379 bus comes every 10 minutes. Iconic walk to north Bondi and South to Coogee along coast.
