Clement & Pekoe has amazing coffee and tea and there's a great bench outside if you want to sit and people-watch.

This is about a 15 minute walk, it's full of local artists and creative folk. You could easily imagine you are in Brooklyn or Berlin, it's very near Patrick's Cathedral.

Possibly my favourite restaurant in Dublin, great if you're celebrating a special event but you need to book well in advance. They also do a brilliant brunch. At least a 25 minute walk but worth it!

Fallon & Byrne is the Dublin equivalent of Dean & Deluca, it's a food emporium, wine bar, cafe aand restaurant all rolled into one and right across the road from the apartment. They do take away food!

An american guy moved to Dingle in the south of Ireland and makes this amazing ice cream, especially the sea salt variety. Not cheap but worth it!
