The George Inn, Sandy Lane has a great food, friendly staff and is set in a village of thatched cottages. If you are feeling energetic, you can walk there through The Bowood Estate, or simply drive the 5 minutes it takes from Derry Hill. Advisable to book, to avoid disappointment!
