This is our favorite place to go snorkeling on the island. Many tourists go to "Haunama Bay," but the water is always churned up there and you have to go there SUPER early if you don't want to get stuck among 300 tourists. Shark's Cove on the other hand is a place that not as many go and the snorkeling is much better. Located on the North Shore about 40 minutes from our house.

This is our favorite hike to do on the island. 1) Its FREE 2) it is only about 45 minute hike 3) It is like a little adventure where one part of the hike you see a place that looks like Hobbiton from Lord of the Rings, another part like you are in an Indiana Jones movie, and finally, the waterfall at the end is so worth going under and cooling off!

This is a great park to go have a picnic. But what we REALLY love is to go out at low tide and you can walk across to get to the island and climb to the top of it. Not many people know about this and it is a great experience.
