Rent river tubes and go tubing down the New River. We recommend renting an extra tube with a bottom and take a cooler of drinks and snacks. It's a relaxing three hours spent in nature. Take water shoes, sunscreen, hats, tubes with neck rests, and protective bags for your cell phone although you'll have no cell reception. It's a great summer activity! Make sure you pack out your trash!
