Only a short distance to downtown, you have the Washington blvd area with nice bars for a Friday night out and many restaurants as well. Downtown has a lot to offer like the Discovery Green and Minute Maid park.

Houston is very diversified and has a lot of culture to offer. The museum district is located near the beautiful Hermann Park. I highly recommend to take a walk in the beautiful gardens.

Uchi in my opinion is one of the best Sushi restaurants in Houston, a bit expensive but if you can afford it, try it!
