This my favorite sandwich spot! They serve breakfast and lunch only. My favorite is the shrimp po boy but all the other options are so good too. FYI they close at 4 pm and they are not open on Mondays.

Local spot for a NJ classic, pork roll egg and cheese with SPK (salt, pepper, ketchup). Great for sandwiches before you head to the beach. Located on Main Street in Avon.

This is a family-owned, cash only luncheonette that has been around since 1960. It hasn’t changed much since then but that’s what makes it a must go! The pastrami sandwich is as good as Katz Delicatessen. All bread is baked in-house and there no frill donuts hit the spot.
